Lappe came through again! My AC stopped working overnight last Friday. One quick call and I had a service rep at my home by around 10 am Saturday morning. Fixed by 10:30 am. Great service for a weekend "emergency".

On the coldest day of the year the furnace went out. They were so gracious to come on the weekend and get it fixed. Great service and we are warm again!! I highly recommend.
