About Us
Founded by Justin Santello and Thomas Hamm in 2010, we started working closely with owners who wanted professionals they trusted working in their homes and businesses. Many of our customers have had us meet their friends and families. Those relationships blossomed into additional work, and HammerPro Construction was born.
Design and Build
Weather you bring us plans, or need us to introduce you to talented architects and engineers we have been working with for over ten years, we have the experience and skill to bring your custom build to life. We can even work with you to help you find appropriate lots of land that fall within your budget.
Custom Cabinetry
We have done custom cabinetry, current cabinetry modifications, storage solutions for mudroom build outs, pantries, and offices. We have built custom kitchens hutches for cooking enthusiasts and appliance storage, and stoarge systems for garages and attics. If you have a need or passion, and an empty space, we can build you a solution that fits your life.
Commercial Renovations
We specialize in commercial renovations and build outs. The key to the success of these jobs is making sure everything is done up to code, while maximizing the budget and design impact. Our knowledge of the local codes, and relationships with local inspectors, means we know exactly how to make sure your commercial work goes smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Kitchens
Kitchen renovations are one of our most popular projects, and they are also one of our favorites! We have done over thirty kitchens; we love them because of all the creative ways our clients are using and customizing their spaces. We have worked with so many talented kitchen designers, both professionals and home owners, and have gained a wealth of experience in this space.
Basements and Attics
Renovating your basement or attic may be the most cost effective way to add needed square footage to your home. Making sure the space is functional and long lasting means choosing a contractor who pays attention to the details including moisture control, fresh air ventilation systems, insulation, bulkhead exits, and who has a good handle on local codes.
Fine Carpentry and General Home Repairs
We deliver quality results on all fine carpentry projects. We do crown molding, staircases and banisters, mantles, windows, doors, and much more. Fine carpentry is ultimately what is noticed in your home, and what makes your house special. Trust a team who's core skill set is based in fine carpentry, to handle your next project.
Exteriors and Weather Damage
HammerPro can handle any exterior work or weather damage repairs. We do vinyl siding, shingle siding, gutter repairs, fencing, decks, ice damage repairs, storm damage repairs, etc. Our real strength is our network of sub contractors. We have relationships with many of the most talented and professional sub contractors in the area.
