Worst plumber ever! Misdiagnosed leak in kitchen. Charged me over $1,000.00. Came home to same leak that now ruined my hardwood floors and leaked into basement wall and ceiling. Dont ever use!

ATTEMPTED RIP OFF!!! We have a leaky faucet that could POSSIBLY need replaced. The technitian sent quoted over $400.00. THE OWNER, JIM NEEDHAM SAID THAT'S A FAIR PRICE?!!!!!. That quote didn't even cover the cost of a new faucet he was replacing!!! Gouge specialist company.
