Services

Commercial Roofing

Our commercial roofing solutions address diverse system requirements, ensuring proper installation and long-term durability for businesses. We evaluate structural needs, climate factors, and budget constraints to recommend optimal materials like single-ply membranes or built-up roofing. With expertise in large-scale projects, we minimize disruptions while maximizing protection against Pacific Northwest weather conditions.

Roof Replacements

We handle complete roof replacements for residential and commercial properties when repairs are insufficient. Our team assesses existing systems to determine appropriate materials like composition shingles, PVC membranes, or wood shake. We coordinate installations efficiently, addressing code requirements and seasonal factors to ensure lasting performance and client satisfaction.

Roof Inspections

Professional roof inspections identify potential issues and determine remaining service life for maintenance planning. Our experts examine flashings, vents, and penetrations to detect damage from weather or prior contractor activity. We provide detailed reports with repair recommendations and budget projections to help property owners make informed decisions.

General Maintenance

Our comprehensive maintenance program prevents costly emergencies through bi-annual inspections and proactive repairs. Services include debris removal, moss treatment, and gutter cleaning tailored to Pacific Northwest climate challenges. Clients receive detailed condition reports and leak warranties for ongoing protection and extended roof lifespan.

Moss Removal

We manually remove moss to preserve roofing materials without damaging shingles through pressure washing. This service prevents moisture retention that accelerates deterioration and reduces property value. Post-removal zinc treatments inhibit regrowth, maintaining roof integrity while preserving aesthetic appearance in moss-prone Pacific Northwest environments.

I hired Evergreen Roofing about two years ago to clean, treat, and repair my tile roof. They did a great job cleaning my tile roof. They did a poor job with the repair job by not saving the serviceable used tiles, as I had requested, for use in future repairs. Their error cost me about 1k. I communicated my concern, but they failed to accept responsibility and failed to make it right. I cannot recommend Evergreen Roofing for tile roof repair.

Love my new roof. They stripped my old roof, put down new decking, vented my attic properly, and laid a gorgeous new roof in a fast 1.5 days. They cleaned up afterwards as well, something I've never experienced with roofers. No stray nails or shingles in my yard! I also work odd hours and they were able to communicate over email as I sleep during normal business hours. Its been 5 months and I have no complaints. Would use them again.
