I got quoted and charged an extreme amount from another company so I started looking online for other companies and Spencer is the first one that I called. The lady I spoke to was so nice and patient with me and then a few minutes later, I get a call from Justin saying he is on his way to take a look at my system!! WOW right? He was great and super easy to talk to and understand. Fast forward, the job got done within a few days and I havent had a problem since! Highly Recommend!! Thanks, yall!

We recently used Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating to resolve an on-going issue with our upstairs AC distribution amongst the rooms. We have battled this issue for years and it was not resolved even with the replacement of our AC unit (different company). We asked for neighbor recommendations and Spencer Air Conditioning came up several times. Jeremy was our tech who came on-site. He was prompt, courteous, masked up, and spent time listening to our concerns and working in our attic.
