In short: Timely, friendly, problem solvers. Overall, incredible quality. In length: After reaching out to several HVAC professionals for an estimate of installing either mini-splits or central air in my sub-1k square ft 1965 home, I chose Gilman because they offered an HVAC install for just several hundred dollars more than what others were quoting me for just mini-splits. I figured that marginal increase in cost would be well worth the investment. The proposal was only good for one month, but I didn't have the funds up front, so they gave me a financing option that was entirely pain-free. Ben
