Arturo and his team have done two flat rubber roof repairs for us. They fixed a leak a few years ago with no problems since, and recently resealed the rest of the roof. The work looks great. Stay away, Art does not keep his word. Did not provide contract in a timely manner. Told me verbally that would fix roof if certain temperature was met but then put in contract mid April. What a disappointment after going back and forth for two weeks.

I hired Art and his team to rebuild a chimney, replace our asphalt roof, and fix a bunch of broken/missing slate. They do fantastic work. The prices are reasonable - compared to the other quotes I got - and the quality of the work is top notch. I highly recommend using Art and his team.
