I paid them over $30,000 to install a 10-ton and a 3-ton system in a warehouse building I built, and the 10-ton Carrier system they installed didn't have an idler pulley, which caused the system to constantly throw belts, and require maintenance. They would not stand behind repairing the system so that it would work properly, claiming it was a design flaw from the manufacturer. When I recently relocated to a new facility, the new landlord wanted me to use them to install a 5-ton system in our warehouse, and to service two 3-ton systems in the office areas. K&M Shilingford is the very best of the best for your all your plumbing needs. I am not your average customer. Ive been a remodel contractor for many years as well as a maintenance manager for a local school program that had three schools and senior maintenance for a Tulsa county housing program. So if I call for help its because its an issue that has me flummoxed. Today I had an issue with a brand new water heater that I installed. Ive installed hundreds of water heaters in the past 30 years and probably right at a hundred just in the past 3 years. So Im quite experienced with many

This is honestly one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. I had a good history of them working with me in the past. They installed the original geo unit in my house so I have continued to do business with them just based on familiarity alone. About 10 years ago, we had a misunderstanding about payment method after installing a new external pump. They used the card on file which was expired after I told them to bill me directly and not by my card on file (I was between debit cards at the moment). This eventually resulted in a late payment.
