Tried to contact them to have them come took at a problem. Was told they are not taking any new customers.

Wasn't able to use them. When we contacted them about a plumbing problem they said it would 10 to 14 days before they could fit us in. When you're having a main sewer line problem, that doesn't work. Roto-rooter was able to fit us in the next day.
