Excellent Service
I have an AMANA PTAC unit that started making loud noises. The unit is relatively new and luckily still had some warranty left on it. I called AMANA directly and was referred to AM/PM Heating and Cooling. I was told they are one of the preferred servicers of AMANA PTACs in my area. I am so glad I called them. Annette one of the installation coordinators for AM/PM took my call and was very knowledgeable. She was so friendly and gave me ideas and suggestions of what the problem could be. She took my PTAC information and said they in fact had all the replacement parts in stock

Our AC unit was not communicating with the thermostat although everything looked charged. The AM/PM Heating and Cooling Company sent us a gentleman who had (in his own words) "32 years of experience but forgot some things". After checking the A/C connections he kept calling and spent most of the time on the phone consulting with someone. Eventually, he couldnt fix it and after four hours he stated hell come the next day. The following day, once he and someone else on the other line figured out the what and how to fix it, although my husband was in the house, he omitted to give us the cost

Ryan was here today and got our heat pump and air handler in in one day. Mostly by himself. It was very hot in our attic and he had to be up there for hours. Very professional and friendly. We and our puppy are very happy to be cool again. Would recommend him and AM/Pm to anyone.

The fan in my furnace simply stopped working one hot day, and of course we needed the A/C.
AM/PM Heating and Cooling was very prompt getting a serviceman to my house. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He had to order a new fan and one electrical part, but he left and returned with the parts 2 & 1/2 hours later. It was all up and running again in no time, and explained everything very well. I will certainly use them again.

Every one I had worked with or talked to in the company were very nice and very knowledgeable. Customer service was top rated. They were also very accommodating. They knew I was going out of town and worked around my schedule to get things done before I had to leave! I had the furnace and the heat exchange changed out, they did a great job and left the place clean. Very happy to have found them.
