I called Rakeman because my toilet was leaking water at the base. They got me scheduled for the next day. The plumber arrived on time and was professional. The plumber changed the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. He checked to make sure there was no leaks before he left. We haven't had any problems since. I would recommend Rakeman Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumbing company.

This company is sooo unprofessional, the lady that answer the phone in the plumbing department ALL WAYS have a attitude!! I called them on Wednesday for a quote and I still dont have anything on Friday! I tried calling and the lady with the attitude answers the phone of course unprofessional with an attitude saying she can help me. They are a bad look for the compnay 100% if it was my money I would go else where but its the owners money. Smh

I had them come out to change one part on a water heater that they installed a few years prior which was still under warranty. The plumber sat around for hours waiting for them to bring him more parts that I did not agree to and still couldn't fix the problem but ended up charging me over $700 in labor without any invoice or receipt. They decided to put the charge on my card without notifying me of the cost or what was even done to warrant that cost which ended up being more than the cost of a brand new water heater. I called the office to ask where the invoice was and they said it would be

Rakeman was hired to run a camera down an old sewer line under house built in 1942 I had under contract to purchase in old Henderson. The plumber with Rakeman was very knowledgeable, could easily determine where main sewer line was and the configuration of an addition including plumbing, probably built in the 70's. The camera showed us the old cast iron 4" line under old, original house was cracked, had serious root growth inside and appeared to be collapsed. That inexpensive inspection saved me many thousands of dollars of potential sewer main repair under house, including ripping

Used Rakeman Plumbing in 2013 to have tub installed . Called last week for same job. I was told 116 hr + 1/2 hr that's fine , then told will schedule next week however give me your credit card now. I complained , no call back. In this instance Rakeman should have scheduled a time and taken c.c. no problem. DOES NOT SEEM LIKE SAME ONWERSHIP AS THE RAKEMAN OF OLD. PS. FOUND BETTER PLUMBER.
