Today is July 4th. My son was a dedicated soldier who died tragically and suddenly on April 7. We contacted this business within a few days. It was important that the design be done as soon as possible as it was planned as a victory garden we were creating in his honor.
Friends and family were sending plants from all over the country and they were to be in the ground as soon as possible. We emphasized to Felicity Flowers that it was time sensitive. Our neighbors and friends volunteered to help us plant. Now spring had turned into summer. A bad time to plant in sweltering heat.

Its been three weeks since my in person consultation, I have not received email or phone call concerning the plan. I felt compelled to call because of the service truck. I just needed to know if they could do the work or NOT! So sorry for the inconvenience on your part!
