Our roof was a total loss due to hail damage in March 2016. We contracted with Paragon to do the repairs. Their crew completed the job and cleaned up the site in a little less than a day. I was well pleased with the job. Last month we developed a leak around our fireplace and we called Jordan Collins who handled the original job. We were totally out of warranty so I expected to pay for the repair. The damage was storm related but Jordan sent a repairman over to fix the problem. He made the repair and refused to accept any payment.
