So I called HELP because of their extensive advertising with Marty Brennaman for my 89 y/o father who is getting home hospice care. His furnace was leaking water. The appointment was for Saturday 11/14 from 3-5. I traveled from my northern Warren County home to be there by 3. The tech arrived about 5:30. After only looking at the unit proposed a just under $1000 fix and set for Tuesday 11/17 at 1:00. I took off work to be there by 1. I called at 2:40 and inquired when the tech would arrive. I was told my appointment was scheduled for 1-3, but I was told 1:00. Then I was informed it got pushed

I am person who likes to understand the details of work being done to my home. Reading Heating and Air Conditioning definitely met all of my requirements for what is a significant project for my home. It took a total of 5 days to remove and replace my HVAC and neither the owner or workers rushed the job. Instead, they concentrated on doing it right.

Scheduled a cleaning of both my furnace and AC unit. Dave showed up early, was friendly and knowledgeable. Techs wear shoe booties inside your home so no dirt or debris was brought in. He explained what he was doing and how it would help the efficiency of my units.
