I just had a young man by the name of David Gallegos come out and service my hot water heater and furnace. This gentleman was incredibly kind and professional. Was courteous to me and my fianc, answered all of my questions and took his time to show me everything he was doing. He never once complained about the logistics of my roof (its a complicated two story roof). Our A/C stopped working over Labor Day weekend, and after a no show from another company, we reached out to Gundlach's. They quickly sent out a technician, Nick, who was very helpful and patient and explained repair options. He repaired our A/C quickly. We will definitely use Gundlach's for any future AC repairs and maintenance.

I was certified hvac. Live in Bako 15 years. Heating and Cooling serviced by Gundlachs for my business and residential. Honest, ask before service. Appointment was 6/18/2021 @7:00pm . Williams H. Shows up at 5:26 pm. Good job. Lets make it 200 years anniversary! :))

Very expensive with attitude. I have utilized Gundlach's for years. I have let them off the hook on a few occasions, like the time when I was charged hundreds of dollars to replace a starting capacitor...yeah. The bottom line is that when I did not feel that the cost of a leak test costing hundreds of dollars would not be deducted from any repair work, as is there service call fee, our repairman scrunched his face, became short with his customer service face and frankly I could not wait to pay him to get him and Gundlach's off my property and out of my life. I shall happily go elsewhere....

Used them twice now and have had them help us out in emergency situations! They officially have me for life. I had originally called Monarch Home Service and they tried to tell me my system was broken and I needed a new motor and tried to charge me $800 to fix it. (Mind you the system had been working perfectly before their "maintenance" and stopped working right when their tech left). I called Gundlach for a second opinion, their wonderful tech came out and checked everything and turns out the previous Monarch tech had unplugged my system in the attic so that's why we had spent the last two
