After 50 years of dealing with problems on a shallow pitched roof, we had them replace from bare rafters up on both a large detached garage and home with many chimneys and skylights. That was around 2002. It looks and functions beautifully with no leaks to this day and expected life is for another 50 years. Expensive but the cost savings in the long run is well worth it! Timely, fast and tidy.

I just love these guys. I've been using Diversified Roofing since they were called Diversified Exteriors - I think the first time I had them do a job for me was on a house I owned in the West Chester Boro around 2002; a flat rubber roof. Since then, I've had them work on 2 subsequent properties doing roof replacement and repair, gutters, windows, and doors. They are not the least expensive company I've ever used, but they do the best work of any company I've ever used. I trust them, I trust their work, and I trust if there are ever any issues, that they will resolve them to

We used this company at the recommendation of our Realtor for a roof inspection on a home we were purchasing. We spent a decent amount of money for a report and got something back that essentially said the roof might need some tile work, it had skylight and the chimneys were not flashed. It was the biggest waste of money, we had no idea if the roof needed to be replaced or not, what the potential costs to fix it were. Compared to all of the other inspection reports we received this one was completely useless, a waste of money. I can't speak to the quality of their work but would not recommend
