Fencing

We take great pride in building the highest quality fencing. Our pledge to you is we will use the highest quality hand selected fence building materials available. We will only use the longest lasting materials. Like con-heart redwood, cedar or pressure treated fir. The type and grade of the materials will be spelled out clearly in your proposal and can be upgrade or downgraded at your request.
Pergola

When the thermometer hits 90 degrees and up a deck becomes the hottest place in the yard. If you want to enjoy your deck in the dog days of summer you need a pergola. When you add a pergola to your deck you turn your deck or yard into a out door living space that you can use on the hottest days of the summer.
Retaining walls
Report
Retaining walls need to have a proper anchoring and drainage system. The posts must be set four foot on center for wood and 5' to 6' on center for solider piles (steel I beams) in concrete and deep enough to hold up to years of fierce winters. If you don't like the standard look of a retaining walls we can dress it up with shingles.

Water damage is usually caused by water penetrating the homes outer surfaces like the roof, windows, doors, siding, stucco, shower or a toilet over time. It only takes a little water each year to cause damage. The problem builds over time and you don't even know it's happening until the sheetrock falls of the wall of or you see termites.
