Services
Roof Inspection
Our certified inspectors conduct comprehensive evaluations of all roofing systems, identifying damage from hail, wind, or age-related wear. Using advanced documentation techniques, we provide detailed reports with photographic evidence to support insurance claims. Our process includes examining gutters, windows, siding, and ventilation systems to ensure complete property protection.
Roof Repair
Specializing in emergency leak mitigation and structural damage restoration, our team addresses issues ranging from minor shingle damage to extensive storm-related destruction. We utilize manufacturer-certified techniques while maintaining strict adherence to local building codes. All repairs include post-service clean-up with magnetic nail collection to ensure property safety.
Roof Replacement
We install premium asphalt shingles, metal roofing systems, and tile options from industry leaders like Owens Corning. Our process includes mandatory permit acquisition, decking inspection, and drip edge installation for complete system integrity. Each project concludes with a comprehensive warranty covering materials and workmanship for long-term protection.
Gutter Installation
Our gutter protection systems prevent water damage while maintaining aesthetic appeal. We install seamless aluminum gutters with leaf guards, ensuring proper drainage away from foundations. Technicians use ladder stabilizers to prevent property damage during installation, with optional magnetic clean-up for nail-free yards.
Exterior Painting
We apply weather-resistant coatings that enhance curb appeal while protecting structural components. Our painters prepare surfaces to manufacturer specifications, using primer and topcoats that meet energy efficiency standards. This service improves property value while creating a protective barrier against Texas weather conditions.

After our roof sustained significant damage due to paint overspray, we got in touch with Olympic Exteriors LLC based on a referral from a business contact. The owner, Anthony, coordinated with the insurance company on the reimbursement cost and his team got the necessary roof replacement done. Olympic Exteriors is a great business and I cannot say enough about the great job they did. The cost was reasonable and the entire roof was replaced in 2 days. The crew was polite and professional and they did a thorough clean up at the end of the job.
Anthony also coordinated new gutters. He also has terrific

Great overall experience. The art and skills of customer service have changed a lot in the last decade; not all the changes have improved the overall customer experience either. Olympic gets an Olympic gold medal in this area and know what good service looks like and they deliver. Ranging from good communication to being prompt, thorough and actually doing what they say they will do when they said they will do it! Hoping we wont need anything after the next wave of storms comes through but if we do, I know who to call!

With the current situation surrounding labor and material shortages, I was dreading the process of replacing my roof. I spoke with several roofing contractors and Olympic Exteriors went above and beyond by a mile. Not only did Anthony return my calls and follow up on my questions without fail, he had the most competitive pricing to top it off. Anthony is a true professional and an expert in the roofing business. I do not believe the process could have been any easier or stress free. Will definitely be calling Anthony in the future when I need my next roof. Cannot say enough great things about Olympic
