Great communication. Clint came out within a few days of my call and walked our roof (no drones). He explained what he had observed on the roof and showed us samples of the products that they use. He was informative, polite, and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. When the estimate arrived, we felt confident signing with Hackman. I was pleasantly surprised that Clint was at our house the day of the install to go over the details with the crew before they started. It was extremely hot that day but the men worked efficiently and completed the roof in one day. The clean up was great. Our new gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later by two men who specialize in this and they did a great job. Clint came out after the roof and gutters were completed and again walked our roof to make sure that everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Hackman Smart Roof.

Hackman SmartRoof wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive option—it was the right one. From start to finish, our experience was excellent.
Clint, the owner, came out promptly to assess our roof and discuss our needs. He brought large shingle samples to help us choose a color and offered practical advice on popular choices and resale appeal. Once we decided to move forward, the work was scheduled quickly.
The crew arrived on time and worked diligently through the day and into the next morning. Clint called toward the end of the first day to let us know they needed a little more time. The day after completion, he personally inspected the work and picked up any stray nails and materials. That follow-through says a lot.
The roof looks great, and today’s heavy rain reminded me to finally write this review. We’ve already referred a friend who lost shingles in a storm, and Hackman took great care of him, too. When he’s ready for a new roof in the next year or two, Clint can expect another call.

Hackman replaced our roof shingles and did a great job. Prior to that they came on short notice to look at our roof leak. The temporary repair stopped the leak right away. Our gutters have a guard they installed to keep leaves out, works great. They do dependable work, done right the first time.

Can't say enough great things about Hackman SmartRoof! I initially called them out for a suspected roof leak, and Clint came by to evaluate the issue. Turns out the roof was functioning appropriately and the leak was coming from a separate and unrelated HVAC issue. While he was here he took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and identified that the ridge vent that was installed on the home by a separate company wasn’t functioning properly, which was affecting the attic ventilation and causing the 2nd floor to feel warmer than it should've been.
Clint explained everything clearly and recommended replacing the ridge vent. Once the work was scheduled, their technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was a pleasure to work with. Since the replacement, we’ve noticed a huge improvement—the temperature on the 2nd floor is significantly more comfortable, even on hot days!
It’s rare to find a company that’s honest, professional, and focused on long-term solutions instead of just short-term fixes. I highly recommend Hackman SmartRoof for any roofing or gutter needs!

I had issues with my aluminum siding pulling away from the house and getting stuck along the side of the house during one of our windstorms. I called Marnie who is always pleasant to talk with who got me on the schedule. Indicated it may be a few days, but Clint was here the next day and gave me an estimate. Then I was on the schedule to have it repaired. Within another few days I had the repair team here and fixed it within just a short amount of time. Extremely happy with the services provided. Was not the first time I used Hackman and it will not be the last time I reach out to them for my roofing needs.

We have used Hackman for small repairs and large replacement projects. They are responsive, prompt, meet schedules and very professional. Their crews clean up after the project is done.
They actually talked me out of a roof replacement! Instead, they recommended repairs that will last me 5-7 years. Many other contractors would have just replaced the roof.

I’ve worked with Clint and Hackman SmartRoof on two commercial roofing projects, and am very happy with their timeliness and workmanship, and ease of doing business with them. Recently a couple shingles blew off my roof at home. I called Marnie Bowers, and she arranged for Clint to visit my home the next day. Clint replaced the damaged shingles, and inspected my entire roof. His assessment was thorough, and I feel better knowing the condition and expected longevity of my roof.

We had gutter, roof, and siding issues from the work of the previous homeowner and chose Hackman to correct it because they guaranteed their work. A little late on my review, but we had our roof replaced ~1 yr ago and used Hackman. Clint made the entire process smooth and stress free. The guys were all very professional. The house is older with many a couple additions that made the roof maybe more complicated than normal. The guys kept to the schedule, cleaned up every day and when finished, couldn't even tell they were there...never found a single nail shrubs! A couple months later we had a minor problem with some flashing, but Clint came the day we called and fixed it. Awesome company and can't recommend them enough for any roofing need!

Showed up in the morning, got right to work. No issues except he did not have all the supplies needed to finish. He said he would be back in the morning. He showed up the next day quickly completed the work. Cleaned up each day, no fuss no mess. Very professional.
