At Pro-Flo Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, our purpose is to provide dependable plumbing service to Danville and the surrounding areas without unnecessary complexity. We are a woman-owned, family-run company licensed, bonded, and insured in Virginia and North Carolina. Our phone service remains locally staffed around the clock, allowing customers to speak directly with a real person at any time. For emergencies in the Danville area, we typically arrive in 2 to 4 hours. We also keep our pricing transparent from the beginning. Before we perform work, we provide the complete quote and wait for customer approval. Once the work starts, that quoted amount does not change; the quote is the bill. Most jobs we handle locally fall within a $350 to $2,500 range.
Customers can rely on us for emergency plumbing and drain services, including clogged drains, sewer lines, septic problems, sewage backups, and burst pipes. Our water-related services include water heater repairs and replacements, tankless water heaters, water softeners, and filtration for hard well water. We service wells, pumps, pressure tanks, pipes, leaks, and water lines, while also handling kitchen sink problems, bathroom fixture issues, and plumbing repairs or upgrades. Our coverage includes Danville, Pittsylvania County, Martinsville, Henry County, Chatham, South Boston, Halifax County, and selected communities throughout Rockingham, Caswell, and Person counties in North Carolina.

Services
We address drain and sewer requirements with cleaning, inspection, repair, installation, and replacement services suited to the existing plumbing system. Our work includes fixture drains, laundry and floor drains, exterior drainage connections, and underground sewer piping. Because recurring blockages may indicate an underlying defect, we examine potential causes such as accumulated materials, roots, pipe damage, or an incorrect slope.
Hydro jetting allows us to address buildup that repeatedly contributes to clogged or slow drains. The service uses specialized equipment to propel high-pressure water through the affected line, breaking loose grease, sludge, soap residue, mineral deposits, and other debris. We first assess the drain and may inspect the sewer line with a camera. After confirming suitability, we insert and advance the nozzle while the pressurized water cleans the pipe.
We handle plumbing emergencies that may quickly affect floors, walls, ceilings, cabinets, insulation, or structural materials. Our service addresses burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups, overflowing toilets, failed well pumps, broken water lines, leaking water heaters, and clogged drains causing wastewater intrusion. By controlling the immediate problem and locating its source, we help limit further damage and determine appropriate repairs.
We repair leaks found throughout household plumbing systems, including dripping faucets, worn toilet parts, loose supply connections, and leaking exterior fixtures. A sillcock may need a washer, vacuum breaker, internal stem, or complete replacement, while a freeze-damaged pipe may require replacement of the affected section. We identify the failed component, perform the repair, and verify the line afterward.
Our repiping work can address plumbing systems affected by age, corrosion, mineral deposits, or repeated failures. Older pipes may restrict water flow and contribute to inconsistent pressure when several fixtures operate simultaneously. We evaluate the existing network and determine the appropriate replacement scope. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace individual sections, branch lines, or the complete water-distribution system.
Our water line services address problems affecting the primary pipe that supplies water throughout your home. Whether the property uses municipal water or a private well, damage to this buried line can impact pressure and reliability. We inspect accessible connections, use leak-detection methods when appropriate, and determine whether focused repair or complete replacement is the practical choice.
We help homeowners address water heater problems through professional repair, replacement, and installation services. A relatively new unit with a replaceable component may only need repair, while leaks, corrosion, repeated service, or declining performance can indicate replacement is preferable. We evaluate the equipment carefully, explain the available choices, and complete installations with thorough testing.
We install and repair water softener systems for homeowners seeking to reduce the effects of hard water. Mineral deposits can affect faucets, glassware, laundry, showerheads, kettles, and household equipment. After testing the water, we determine the appropriate system size and complete the required connections, settings, leak checks, and operating guidance for proper routine care.
Businesses can rely on our commercial plumbing services for repairs, maintenance, replacements, renovations, and extensive installation work. We address plumbing concerns ranging from clogged toilets and floor drains to leaking fixtures, water heater failures, sewer backups, low pressure, and broken flush valves. Our approach includes identifying the source of problems, explaining repair choices, maintaining clear communication, and scheduling work around facility needs.
We help maintain basement and crawl space protection with sump pump installation and repair. Before beginning work, we assess how groundwater reaches the basin and review the drainage, discharge, electrical supply, and existing equipment. A properly sized pump is connected to suitable piping and a check valve, then tested repeatedly to confirm effective pumping and correct shutoff.

Robert, the technician is professional, forthcoming, honest, and knows what he is doing. As a solo disabled dad on social security, with a prior tenure in the plumbing, sewage and drain industry, I have witnessed the good, bad, and the ugly. There is no ugly with this company folks. I have used This company/ Robert twice so far. On both occasions, they could have easily found a way to upcharge, or upsell. They do not. They are out for your repeat business, not your blood. In a world where inflation runs rampant, and most insurance/ warranty companies find loopholes to not honor their end, this company is a gem in a minefield folks. Stacy at reception/ dispatch is always easy to talk to and sweet too. This company gets this former sewer/drain techs stamp of approval. I will remain their loyal customer for life, because they reciprocate with honest, transparent, top shelf service! Thanks Pro-Flo & Co!

Pro Flo plumbing fixed two issues in our home that we had been putting off. The price was fair, our plumbers were outstanding and both jobs were done right.
Pro Flo also has now helped the nonprofit animal shelter my wife and I work with (APS Caswell) twice and did a great job for the shelter as well. When you go with Pro Flow, you can count on knowledgeable professionals explaining everything thoroughly, and getting the job done right for a reasonable price. I know my family are Pro Flo customers for life.

I was doing a 2nd floor toilet drain that included old cast-iron 4 inch vertical pipe. That pipe had completely deteriorated at the Bell and I did not know how to fix. Pro flow Plumbing came in about an hour and a half. They took a look at the situation and gave me two options. They could fix For a lot of money or they told me what Fernco fitting I could use to reconnect the broken cast-iron Bell to the PVC. I gladly paid the service call charge because their advice was well worth that charge.
I recommend Pro flow plumbing because they could have told me the expensive fix was the only option. Glad to see honesty still prevails for some companies!
