Our approach to commercial construction begins with understanding the property, its intended use, timing, and project constraints. We then align the estimate and scope, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and maintain active project management through completion. Services include ground-up construction, tenant build-outs, renovations, commercial improvements, and workspace updates for owners, tenants, brokers, and property managers. 
Our bathroom remodel service combines design support, coordinated cabinetry, estimating, construction, and final review. Early planning helps establish the scope while addressing layout, storage, materials, and finish choices. In-house cabinet production allows us to maintain closer control over details, sizing, fit, and timing. A dedicated project manager oversees the remodel from start to finish.

Material selection and scope planning follow before demolition, preparation, and installation begin. We complete the project with baseboards, thresholds, transition details, and a final walkthrough.

Our work may involve removing damaged materials, rebuilding rooms or structural sections, and coordinating the trades and finish work required for a usable space. We serve both residential and commercial properties, including projects involving fire, smoke, soot, water damage, leaks, flooding, or unsuccessful previous construction. 
Our licensed team provides office renovations and tenant improvements for commercial clients across our service region. We offer both full tenant improvement build-outs and targeted updates, including lobby improvements, flooring replacement, breakroom renovations, and finish refreshes. If you're looking for a reliable contractor for a home remodel or renovation, I would highly recommend Sunstar Construction. Their team was professional, communicative, and delivered high quality workmanship from start to finish. The repair and installation in our bathroom was completed on schedule, and everything turned out exactly as we hoped.
We especially enjoyed having Rulon and Gummer working in our home. They were friendly, respectful, and did an excellent job. The office staff was also wonderful to work with! They were always kind, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the project. Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Sunstar Construction again.

Cannot recommend sunstar enough! Had a great experience working with them on our flood damaged home! Alex was great to work with and every crew they sent out did an amazing job from the demo crew, the roofers, the stucco, and especially the painters Raul and Calvin! I was worried with how much work had to be done but my house looks as good now as it did when we built it!

Sunstar Construction just finished a renovation project on one of my rental units. After an accidental fire, Sunstar took everything down to the stubs and rebuilt the apartment. The finished product looks fantastic. My sincerest compliments to Alex (Project Mgr) and Alisha (Estimator). They met timelines and delivered a beautiful unit.

What a great experience in a rotten situation. Sunstar and Servpro worked together to get my kitchen and pantry back together after a devastating flood from a broken water line inside the wall. They were professional, competent, caring, on time and compassionate. While it did take 3 months, I now have a beautiful new kitchen. Floors, cabinets, counters, everything!!!. Thanks so much .
