We approach every floor removal project by first evaluating the flooring, subfloor, access points, transitions, and site conditions. Protection and airflow controls are then established before the appropriate removal method is used for the material. Throughout the work, we manage debris and cleanup while reducing dust spread, preparing the space for subfloor preparation, remodeling, or new flooring installation. 
We remove tile using a dustless process focused on source capture and controlled demolition. Before work begins, we assess the area, access, surrounding finishes, and project requirements to establish an appropriate plan. During removal, specialized containment equipment captures silica dust, followed by organized debris handling and a surface review to support the project's next step. 
Our dumpster and trash removal service helps manage debris created during flooring tear-outs, remodeling, demolition, and commercial tenant improvements. We coordinate branded roll-off containers, trailer and truck hauling, and placement according to site conditions and project schedules. Residential and contractor jobs can use the service for various flooring and renovation waste. Dumpster service may also be coordinated with our removal and installation teams. 
Our hardwood flooring installation service is designed for homeowners seeking real wood floors in living areas, bedrooms, hallways, and open layouts, as well as select commercial spaces. We assess the existing subfloor, room conditions, product selection, and preparation needs before installation. Solid and engineered hardwood options are evaluated according to construction, installation flexibility, moisture considerations, and project requirements. 
Our commercial flooring service supports offices, restaurants, hotels, banks, retail locations, clubhouses, and tenant improvement projects. We select flooring based on traffic levels, maintenance expectations, moisture exposure, and the intended appearance of each space. Available materials include LVP and LVT, glue-down commercial flooring, carpet, carpet tile, porcelain, and ceramic tile. Redrock was super great to help me get the carpet out of my livingroom. I was worried about how to go from carpet to another floor. We couldnt match the old floor, so they helped me find a color I loved and helped me transition it. I told them I needed it softer for my granchild and Joe and the crew were so helpful to suggest a thicker pad and softer floor to make the transition for him easier. They removed the carpet and installed it so fast. Thank you again so much!

I feel this hole in the wall should have been addressed, not left for me to find.
I asked if I should cover the lighting fixture over the dining set, I had already covered several items and was told no problem, they would cover everything. Didnt happen. The tile pieces are all over every inch of my counters. They are in every drawer. Messing up my rollers on the bottom drawers. Ive been cleaning for days. Just cant give them a very good review.
Jensen from Red Rock Flooring came to the house and addressed all the issues. Apparently the workers did report the hole in the wall and plans were made to take care of it. Wes that came to fix it did an excellent job.
And they covered the cost of the cleaning, so they made things right.

We needed carpeting in our condo but we live out of town. My wife talked with Wanda at Red Rocks Flooring a few times and we picked out the carpeting from photos she sent us. The prices were competitive if not cheaper than others. I drove to the condo so I could clean out the rooms. Not long after I arrived, Joe arrived to begin tearing out the old carpet. He then offered to help me move all the furniture from the rooms. What a great help! The new carpet looks great! I loved that Wanda could just send me a bill and I could pay it online. I will use them again.

Red Rock did an amazing job with the entire process of tile removal and installation of carpet, laminate, and baseboards. Kevin helped us pick out great product that was within our budget and met our preferences! He talked us through everything and Alex kept us updated on the whole process! The whole process of ripping out old carpet and putting in beautiful laminate floors was a professional experience with Red Rock Flooring. Kevin came out personally to measure our property and give us great flooring suggestions. Then his support people who did the work were masters of their work!
