Mint condition and the Owner Nicholas were amazing! His customer service from the initial call to the carpet cleaning itself was awesome and the job they did was impressive! We have older carpets, kids and 2 small dogs so I was worried what kind of result we could get but Nicholas guaranteed he would get the best results possible. When I watched them work I was confident he would, the equipment they use was something I haven't seen other carpet cleaning companies use in addition to the traditional steaming as well! They pretreated, scrubbed with a machine, spot cleaned and then steamed vacuumed the carpets! The thoroughness was definitely impressive! They deodorize and sanitize as well! I would definitely use them again and refer to them as well! I see why they are highly recommended!

We couldnt be happier about the amazing work that Mint Condition did on our carpet and tile floors. Nicholas and Joseph were both super friendly and arrived at our home promptly. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable and they were finished quickly. I cant believe how incredible the grout looks - like brand new! I attached the photos but they just dont capture the unbelievable before and after. Wow!! My technician Sean did a great job both explaining the process and cleaning my loveseat and carpets. They look brand new and I love that there is a 30 day window where I can call back if there would be an issue. The owner called me after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.
