Cant say enough about my experience with Budget Glass Company. I live in Charlottesville (about 1.5 hours away), but I elected to go with Budget Glass Company on the recommendation of a couple of friends and Im so glad that I did. I needed to have two window sashes repaired and wasnt sure if I would be able to remove them and bring them in. I made a quick call and one of their technicians told me how to easily remove the windows (took less than 2 minutes). I brought them to Budget Glass Company and they were able to repair the windows the same day. My experience with everyone on their team was top notchfrom intake through picking up the windows, the entire team was friendly, patient, honest about my options, and answered all of my questions. After a quick reinstall, everything looked amazing and I was able to save over $1500 from an estimate that a local company had given us to come to our house to repair the windows. Couldnt be happier with my experience with Budget Glass Company!

I dropped off a piece of glass for a customer pretty close to close and came in the morning to pick up the new window right before their holiday party. The window wasn't ready and the owner asked me to time how quickly they could get me out the door. About 8 minutes later, my glass was done and I was on my way. I had an excellent experience with Budget Glass. I needed a window pane replaced after my walking treadmill tipped over and shattered part of my patio door (oops!) Budget Glass was responsive, fairly priced, and easy to work with but the real stand-out was Jeff, the technician who installed the glass. Jason is a sweetheart, everyone at this company is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me with a project immediately with no notice and had me out the door with a big smile on my face in less than 15 minutes! The team was so kind to my 2 year old son who accompanied me, and he was gifted an awesome fireman hat and some candy by them. A limb fell and broke the glass in two of our basement windows. These wonderful folks were able to replace the glass in just a few hours, the fee was absolutely reasonable, and our home is whole again. While I hope that my interactions with glass repair professionals are few and far between, my mind is easy knowing that these kind and efficient professionals are here for me. This was our first bathroom remodel where we changed a bath tub to a walk in shower. We hired someone else to do the tile work and needless to say, we should have done it ourselves. Budget Glass came in and was great from the get go. They were able to fit the glass(even with the off tile) and it is beautiful. They have had to come out and adjust the door but never acted like it was a problem and they all were very professional. Will always work with Budget Glass

Lower window sash got broken in our house. Everyone else we talked to either couldnt get us an estimate or was considerably more money and also wanted 3-4 weeks. Budget glass was very affordable and was able to fix our window the same day we dropped off. Excellent customer service and very satisfied with work!
