Very happy with the services provided by Matt. We had our ice maker replaced and the rubber boot replaced on our front load washer. Matt was very knowledgeable about both appliances and quickly determined what was needed for the repairs. Matt was great to work with, friendly and kept us informed throughout. He even gave suggestions on how to keep the washer boot clean.

Had a great experience with Justin and Duncan Home Services. Our dryer started to make noises, and I know that is not a good sign. I called DHS, and was scheduled for next day service with a reminder that they would text when in route. Justin texted me, and arrived within 20 minutes. He looked at the dryer, ran it, and after opening it up, he showed me the problem and explained the fix. It was an idler pulley that that was sticking, and he had a full parts kit to replace it along with a belt and other rollers. He was in and out in just about 50 minutes. I appreciated the time he took to help me understand the problem and the fix. Everything went extremely well, and I would recommend both Duncan Home Services and Justin. They did a 5 star job for me.

Duncan was great. They responded quick to arrange a time for the service call on my washing machine. Matt notified me 30 minutes in advance of his arrival and was prompt. They communicated well with their scheduling. They had a good availability to come to our host to inspect our washing machine. Unfortunately, the damage to the washer was quite extensive and the cost to fix the washer is in line with a new washing machine. Sean was very friendly and honest. He gave me some recommendations as to what to look for in a new washer. While I did not get my washer fixed. I am keeping their contact info in case I need a repair on an appliance in the future.

Sean arrived as scheduled and restored our Fisher Paykel washing machine to operational condition. He explained what he was doing, answered our questions, and gave us tips to keep the machine operational for many more years.

Tyler successfully completed an oven repair on our Viking range. It proved to be a challenging repair and he methodically worked with other experienced techs within Duncan and Viking to identify, and ultimately, make the repair. Tyler patiently and clearly answered our questions regarding the problem with our oven. He showed up for the appointments on time, and cleaned- up afterwards. Its rare that Id say anything good about paying a service charge to not get something done, but Sean came out and was transparent and honest about costs to repair vs replace my machine and gave some experiential recommendations. He gave me information and let me and my wife decide without pressure. If this is the culture Duncan has cultivated in their team Ill be keeping them on roster to call again for any future issues or second opinions.

Its too soon to tell if the freezer door was fixed properly. The tech replaced the seal, but the door still doesnt seem like its closing tightly enough to keep frost from forming at the top inside. If it continues to frost up, Im going to call back. Also, the tech said he would level the freezer, which he may have, I wasnt in the room the entire time, but there is a definite difference between the spacing at the top versus the bottom between the two units. That could also because by a sagging floor under these heavy units. Thanks!

Both appointments, they were able to get me on the schedule promptly. Great service, parts came in fast so return to fix was quick. Was a little expensive, but cheaper than buying a whole new dryer. Should get quite a few more years out of it now since it basically has all new parts! Highly recommend Duncan for appliance repair!

Justin was awesome to work with and he even put up with my crazy puppy that would not leave him alone. Very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and was in and out in no time. Duncan Services did a great job at keeping you informed of arrival times and when parts were in. I have used these folks in the past and will continue to do so with any of my appliances, well worth the price and great people to work with!
