I've used Ahmed for mold testing and an asbestos and lead clearance on two separate occasions. He's very knowledgeable and saved me about $1k vs. the pricing gouging competitors.

Typically a tester charges like $400-500 to show up. Other testers wanted to charge me that twice for asbestos and lead. Even though the testing was done at the same time. Ahmed did not and he has the same certifications as all the other guys.
