In a world where nothing is cheap, Mr Fridge is a downright bargain, excellent value.
We have a 17 year old built-in unit with cabinet panels that is prohibitively expensive to replace with a new version of this style. Mr Fridge has been out once in 2021 (Alex) for an issue and again in 2026 (Andrey) for another issue. Both times it was a couple hours of work that got us all squared away and working again like new. At some point we'll need to throw in the towel on this unit. But for now, spending $250-300 every 5 years or so to keep an $8k appliance going is good math. These guys are honest, knowledgeable, give excellent advice, and do great work. They have earned 100% of all my fridge repair business, to the extent that I have any, and I plan on telling everyone I meet on the street that they'd be a fool to use anyone else.

I'm impressed! Ilia came to our home ON TIME and was very professional and pleasant. After I explained the problem, he went straight to work. I like that he spoke to me about my freezer in a way I could understand. Once he found the problem and fixed it, he cleaned up everything (I actually think it's cleaner now than it was before 😳😄). Needless to say, I'm very happy my freezer is fixed!

I had a freezer drawer sticking issue. Easy to set an appointment online with Mr. Fridge and then good texting communication along the way regarding the timing and visit of the technician. The technician fixed the issue, explained what happened, was friendly, and charged us a fair price. If I have any other refrigerator future issues . . . I will definitely use Mr. Fridge again.

Uriy was very professional and showed up a little earlier than the set time which was more than fine. I had an issue where the fridge was warm but the freezer was still ice cold. He pulled the top part apart cleared the blockage but determined the issue was something larger which was a coolant leak and he sealed it after testing where it was coming from. Turns out our fridge was working much harder than it needed to for a LONG time. The price was worth it because of how thorough he was and he was upfront about pricing. For the expertise I would recommend them 100% if you want the issue to be resolved.

I called Monday, tech came out Tuesday and did a full inspection and diagnosis. Got a quote same day. Wednesday scheduled repair for Thursday and Thursday morning the work was done and fridge worked again. Looked the part up myself. There was no markup on the actual compressor which was impressive. Great speedy friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I want to thank Andrey for his skilled repair of my expensive refrigerator which was no longer making ice. He determined that the accumulated frost ice was blocking the cold air vent (needed to make cube ice), and that this was the result of a failed control board disabling the automatic defrost cycle. Andrey ordered the new board and came back a few days later to replace and test. He also fixed a possibly related problem with the display panel. He was professional, polite, communicative, and skilled. Thanks Andrey!

Our technician Andrey was great. He explained how our refrigerator worked and let us know what was wrong with it. We ordered the part and had it repaired.
The office billing, however, was off and we were charged a higher tax rate which resulted in spending time contacting the office to get this issue resolved. This makes me reluctant to use this company in the future as I can’t trust being billed correctly.

Andre and Ilia from Mr. Fridge were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the issue we had with our ice maker leaking and repaired it. Then two days later it was leaking again and I thought there was an issue with the repair. I texted Andre and he came back within two hours. It turns out the repair was solid. Our water system had a sprung a second different leak. They fixed that leak and checked everything at no charge. Truly extraordinary service!

Alex and another technician, who I unfortunately didn't catch their name, came into my workplace to diagnose our commercial walk-in freezer. Both were extremely kind and professional. Their prices are reasonable for both part replacements and labor costs. They had an extremely quick turnaround, coming in the next day after I contacted them. They diagnosed the issues quickly and repaired everything the same day, as they had all the equipment on hand. This is a great company that I would highly recommend, especially for those who need prompt and reliable service!
