I highly recommend Polar Bear Spray Foam and their asbestos abatement program. I recently purchased a home on Manitoulin Island and this company was quick and easy to work with. As I was navigating the purchase of a home, an inspection revealed vermiculite in the attic (which can contain asbestos). This meant that we could not get home insurance, therefore we could not proceed with the purchase of our home. I was told by my realtor and inspector that this may delay the home purchase by a few months because of the lack of asbestos testing services available on Manitoulin Island. Thankfully, I found Polar Bear Spray Foam who were able to get the asbestos testing completed, with the results back to me, within FOUR business days! The staff and employees at Polar Bear Spray Foam Inc were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and timely with the insulating project of our attic in our home. Our project entailed removal of the existing insulation, application of foam spray and then adding new insulating product that was blown into the attic. The project took 1 and a half days to complete and at the end of each day the work area was cleaned of all debris so we were still able to function in our home. We are very happy with the service that was provided and are looking forward to having peace of mind and added comfort and warmth in our home. Thank you Polar Bear!
