I ordered grey cabinets, and they arrived exactly as expectedbeautifully crafted and with great attention to detail. Ivan, the owner, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making sure I got exactly what I needed. Even when I had a few questions about the sizing and finishes, he was patient, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Wow, what a fine! Went here just to take a look at some vanities and found a great bathtub too. Prices for the vanity as well as the bathtub was amazing, beating the big box stores by a landslide. Customer service was amazing and very personal. They even helped us load everything in the truck. Definitely return to get the other items needed for the remodel.

We are very happy with our experience with HIW. Ivan and Victor were great to work with. We purchased a double vanity and two mirrors. When we came to pick up our purchase, they unboxed the vanity for us to inspect, retaped the box and loaded it into our truck. They even lent us a strap to insure the vanity wouldn't move. They also suggested how to take off the granite top and carry it so it wouldn't crack.

We had picked a tub and surround at Home Depot, but decided to check this store before purchasing it. They had the exact tub and surround we wanted from Home Depot, and it saved us about $340 buying from them. They have excellent customer service! The staff worked so hard to find us what we were looking for. They even opened the boxes to inspect the items before we purchased and helped us load everything.

I dealt with Terry in store and over text, and Javier via email and chat, and found my experiences with both to be very helpful and prompt.
And we got a beautiful vanity. YaY!
You can't go wrong if you're looking for a good deal on a good product. I know that their inventory is going to be constantly in flux, you may not find exactly what you're looking for the first time you go in, but you may find something you didn't know you were looking for. In my case I found that I needed a much larger bathroom for the bathtub that I covet. Unfortunately, I cannot have a much bigger bathroom. 8-(
So definitely go look at the bathtubs, they're awesome!
