The communication was great, and they were pushing to get the restoration done quickly (but still taking the time to make sure each step of process was completed correctly). On the question of pricing, my insurance company lined them up and paid for all services (minus my deductible), so I don't know how they are priced compared to other companies. Damaged ceiling looks like new

We are not done with our project, but the service so far has been exceptional! Our insurance company recommended Paul Davis and we have been impressed from day one. They are prompt, thorough, and thoughtful. They really have tried to make this as easy on us as possible. It's been refreshing to have someone by your side that knows the insurance claim system well, and is willing to go to bat for you. Great communication from everyone I have delt with so far. My insurance company contacted them to contact me when I asked about a reliable company even though my roof leak and ceiling damage would probably not be covered. They assessed the problem, quickly resolved the roof issue prior to predicted wet weather. The bathroom ceiling was removed, insulation removed and new installed, and the ceiling repaired. it Wass done very efficiently and without drama. thanks.

Due to a dishwasher leak we had to have the kitchen floor dried out and I was grateful for Paul Davis and their employees. They were all very professional and helpful in my distress. As I was a little overwhelmed by everything they were patient to explain everything and I really liked how they called before coming each day to check on the drying instead of just showing up.

I had a moderate water damage in my kitchen and laundry room and Paul Davis came out and assisted in the water clean up. They were great with communicating each step of the way, I would as for Johnathan Hernandez to be your coordinator, he is amazing!
They did not do the remodel because they were booked out two months, I hired a local contractor for the rebuild. But highly recommend for water restoration.

I can only speak to the professionalism and responsiveness of the team so far, and it's been exceptional! They were quick to get the water damage under control and always kept me in the loop. They would call/text prior to coming and were within minutes of the timelines they gave me for arriving at the house. Kinda unreal to see this in todays world of generally poor customer care (Except for Chick-fil-e of course, they are a very close 2nd to Paul Davis). We are waiting now on the insurance adjusters...so Good Quality and Good Value are yet to be seen.

From the minute I opened the door to let them in to assess the damage, I was impressed. Clean and neat uniforms, face masks, shoe covers and ready to get to work! They sent the mitigation estimator as well as the remodel estimator so we were working with the whole team from the very beginning. They kept us informed on the progress and what would happen next. They showed up when they said they would and got straight to work. Now the mitigation is done we are happily anticipating the remodeling. A great company with so many wonderful workers. Thanks!

We all have bad luck, but mine was on a different level. With THREE feet of water in my basement I didn't know where to turn. Luckily, I found the Gentleman at Paul Davis (Sandy). They were quick to respond and made me feel better about my situation right away. They had a army of men ready to fix my misfortunes in a blink of an eye! They kept me up to date with any and new information as work was completed. So, trust me when I say don't look any further when it comes to your restoration needs. The water mitigation team has been excellent. They were prompt, thorough, and profession. Moving forward, I've met with a couple of reconstruction people and was very impressed. My only comment is that my insurance company kept contacting me to say they hadn't yet received invoices, photos, estimates, etc.

Finding a trustworthy contractor can be a very difficult task. There are always questions like, "Will the quality of work be adequate?", Or "is this company over charging me?" I had the same questions when my insurance company referred me to Paul Davis. However, I am happy to report that not only were my expectations met, but Paul Davis restoration went above and beyond what any company should be expected to do. The contractor was extremely professional and kind and did a great job. On the back end, their customer service knocked it out of the park when a bump in the road came up.
My family and I are very grateful for the hard work that the Paul Davis restoration team did for us and highly recommend them!
