Joey came out to our home in SE Portland and did an honest job with very reasonable pricing. We had two others come out who quoted us SEVEN times what Perfect Service charged. Joey was very helpful and easy to work with. When Mike answered the phone he was very nice and accommodated us the same day, even though they had an already very full schedule. I def recommend and will use again!

We live in South East Portland and recently had a clogged laundry drainage chute. Mike was great ! So informative and skilled at what he does not to mention friendly. We had to have our line , jet lined to clear the pipe. You could actually hear the difference as the water hit the main waterline. I highly recommend if you need a plumber this company is wonderful, their prices are reasonable and everyone is super friendly and skilled at what they do. They do exceptional work!

Mike with Perfect Service Plumbing was amazing. We had a clog on a Saturday evening at 5pm with a house full of family and a new Mom and baby 4 days post birth. We called Perfect Service, they responded within 20 minutes and were out to us within 60 minues. Mile was super speedy and had us all fixed and flushing in a flash!

My husband and I just bought an older house and decided to replace our toilet ourselves. Lets just say, it did not go well. Being after hours on a Saturday night we thought wed be bathroom-less for at least the night. We called Perfect Service Plumbing and left a message asking for help. Mike gave us a call back that same evening and was able to come by with in the hour. He was extremely friendly and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Needless to say, he will be the only plumber we call for anything in the future. I cannot recommend his company enough!

I would highly recommend working with Mike at a Perfect Service for anything plumbing needs in the Portland area. He was responsive and timely with scheduling a call to install a new kitchen sink faucet. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue that caused our previous system to malfunction and did an amazing job installing the new faucet. The Perfect Service went above and beyond to quickly fix our toilet water line in SE Portland. This is an easy review to write. On Saturday, 9/6/25, my sewer line backed up. There was a bit of flooding in the basement. Drains and toilet weren't working. I called Perfect Service and got a very quick response. Mike was at my house in about a hour. He flushed the line. Everything was working again! However, a camera inspection revealed old clay pipes with extensive root invasion all throughout and at every joint. He recommended a new sewer line. He insisted I get three bids before agreeing to use his company. Three days later, the new sewer line was put in using the trenchless sewer line replacement method. I now have a new sewer line! My garden and yard were not impacted or damaged. I am very happy. I give Mike and his crew all the stars available. Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain is an excellent company: honest, reasonable pricing, with top-notch work.

I have an Airbnb, and needed to slip in an urgent diagnostic and repair between guests. Mike worked with me to get it done, using a smoke test to solve an intermittent smell problem that had been plagued me for sometime. This issue had baffled several other plumbers, but Mikes use of a smoke test got to the root of the problem.

A drain-snaking job morphed into a much larger and much needed repaiir/upgrade of some faulty galvanized pipes in our lower bathroom. Joey was immediately responsive in scheduling an appointment and also suggesting toilet replacement (for which he directed us towards a local vendor and instructed us to use their account to receive a lower price).
Upon arrival, Joey and Mark got down to business. We stayed out of their way and much industrial-themed noise occurred. They both would occasionally pop their heads in to apologize - which was totally unnecessary - considering they were obviously making improvements on our systems - and a few hours later, all work was done including the installation of our new toilet.
At the conclusion of the work, Joey and Mark walked us through the repairs, suggested a bit more work, and presented us cost which was extremely reasonable. This was a positive and professional experience and we have no hesitation about contacting them in the future for any of our related needs.

Best plumbing experience ever! Made an appointment for an estimate the same day and got service scheduled for the next day. Fast, friendly and excellent work. Suggested a future de-burring of the sewer pipe to extend its service life and prevent future clogs. Replace main cast iron drop pipe that was 80years old and cracked. Mike was great to work with and his crew was outstanding. Recommend without hesitation.

Mike installed an under sink water filter and spout. He was very patient while my wife debated the location of the faucet. He was highly professional to engage with, and was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. He had to cut through our quartz countertop, so there was no room for error. He talked us through it and left the area clean. We love our new sink filtered water spout! I would not hesitate to hire Mike again. Highly recommend.

I feel legitimately lucky to have selected Perfect Service. It can be a helpless feeling scrolling through the companies that Google shows you when you have a plumbing situation and zero expertise. I had a great experience start to finish. Mike was friendly and fast. The price was borderline unbelievable compared to the first company I called. I paid less than 10 percent what one of their competitors quoted me! I truly believe that some outfits try to take advantage of the emergency nature of plumbing problems. This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem on a Sunday and we had a new working toilet on Monday! Joey did the removal and install. Perfect service was recommended by another company that did a sewer scope for us (Root Extraction). After a minor issue with scheduling they did a terrific job fixing our problem. Mike explained the costs and procedures clearly. They hydro jetted our clogged pipes and made sure everything was cleared. Mike made sure everything was cleaned up after and was very professional from start to finish. After finding a separate problem with the plumbing, they went above and beyond fixing that too. In a pinch, Mike was able to get over to my business early to remedy an issue with a corroded and leaking sink that was damaged. As a business owner who is not on site and had an emergency that needed a quick response. Even sent me a video of the work he did since I wasn't there to show, great!
