First of all , let me start out by saying that this crew is the Ultimate crew! Arriving on time, polite, covering my floors, closet clothes what ever needed to be .They worked as an efficient team, communicating with one another about the job. I had a complete handler system & condenser installed, this super crew worked in sync with each other with great results for me as a home owner. I couldnt be happier with my install and the Ultimate crew that made it happen! Do not hesitate to to hire this company and their amazing crew. Ultimate Aire is the Best! I also last but least want to Thank Sharon for being so personable and caring to me as a customer, she explained and assured me of everything that was happening in the progress of my proposal for my project t, as a homeowner this is very important! I called this company based on the posted reviews and from the first time I called the office I was impressed with their professional manner and that they took time to listen to my needs and didn't try to hurry me off the phone. Anthony showed up on time and spent over an hour looking at the house and floor plan and measuring for the correct size and layout of the system.
Jeff and his install team Pete, Mark, Dennis, Jason and Joe were here on time and they did an amazing job, they were neat, competent and very professional and I am very happy with my new AC system

We have been using Ultimate Aire for our heating and air conditioning needs for about 20 years. They are true professionals who are knowledgeable and stand behind their work. In addition, to the installation of our HVAC system, we contract with them for a service agreement that includes not only bi-annual system maintenance but also emergency service calls. One of their employees, Dave, is just exceptional. He knows all the ins and outs of the products the company installs, explains things in a clear, concise way and has the ability to troubleshoot if the need arises. It was Dave who made an emergency call on a Sunday, no less, when our 20 year old system decided to stop heating our house during a cold spell. Dave had the problem diagnosed quickly and replaced the offending part thus sparing us old folks of a frigid sleepless evening at home. Daves the best!

We were having a party and our AC broke. We called for help and they arrived in one hour and fixed the problem. We were extremely happy and very surprised about how inexpensive the cost of the repair was! Thank you so much for saving our day!!!

My experience with UAS was very very positive. Anthony came in because I needed a complete hvac system. We discussed the issues I wanted corrected when he removed the old system. He did everything he promised and I was extremely satisfied with the results. It is very obvious (comfort speaking) that my home was upgraded.... the 2 stage carrier is quiet outside..... no longer sounds like a jet engine when we sit outside..... it seems the air is cooled more evenly across the house...... They are a good company to patronize. Anthony is a gentleman!

Our 19 year old Carrier furnace died on February 24, 2025. The heat exchanger and gas valve were not functioning. We wanted another Carrier 96% efficent gas furnace for rplacement. I looked up Carrier authorized dealer/installers and found Ultimate Aire Systems near our home with 56 out of 56 best #5 reviews. Called and set appoitnment for Dave to assess our sitution. Dave knew his heating and furnance business to the 'max'. He said Ultimate could secure the furnace I needed as it was available at the Carrier warehouse. We discussed the 19 year old Cariier AC/Condenser/Coil and as I was replacing the furnace, we decided to replace the AC system with another 4-ton 16 SEER unit. The following day I received a comprehensive proposal via e-mail and my wife and I agreed to move forward. On February 27th Jefrrey Clapp, president and owner, of Ultimate, arrived to oversee the removals and installation of the old furnance and AC systems. The addition of the Ecobee premier smart thermostat was great to see digital operation versus old world analog. Jeff, Dave, Doug, Dennis, Felix and other performed to perfection and by 4 PM my heat was back up. The smart thermosat tutorial from Dave was easy for these old timers to understand and operate. Sharon in billing mailed us a "Paid in Full" a few days later. Controller Roaseanne mailed us the rebate forms soon after the installation. As committed, the new AC outdoor cover was delivered to our home by their rep. We are totally delighted by this excellent and professional service from Ultimate. the nicest folks to do business with.

From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about delivering top-notch service. They responded promptly to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule.

The technicians arrived on time, were courteous, and took the time to explain the issue with my system in a way I could easily understand. I called Ultimate after calling another company and having the tech seem unsure what the problem was.

When I spoke to ultimate, they sent Dennis who was very knowledgeable about the carrier system we had. He looked at things the previous tech didnt seem to think of. He understood what was wrong with my furnace. After returning the next day, I got a quote to replace the system that was almost HALF what the previous company quoted.

The whole team came out (on a Saturday!) to get the new system in place. They were very courteous and professional. I am very glad I called them.

Have been using Ultimate Aire Systems for years. They previously installed central air in our 110+ year old home and annually perform scheduled maintenance. We just used them for the first time for annual boiler maintenance. Mike and Dave were great. Started asking about any issues we were experiencing with our heating system and went to work. We leverage the benefits of their annual support service now for both systems.

Ultimate Aire installed our HVAC systems 22 years ago, and we've had them do annual spring and fall service ever since. Both systems are still going strong. The last several years we've had Dennis servicing our systems and he does a great job. On the very few occasions we've had issues, they've been right over and fixed things right away.

Heating/air conditioning system. I would recommend him and this company for all the maintenance needed on HIVAC systems.

My water pump had gone bad, and as a result, it was causing a strange sound whenever my air conditioner was on. I was also concerned because one of my condensers outside was not well secured on the ground. Dennis Arsenault who is one of the technicians came to replace the water pump. I also informed him of my concern about the condenser. He was very polite and very thorough. He was also very thoughtful in covering his shoe before he entered the house. He took the time to see that everything was working well before he left. He found out what was causing the condenser to be unsteady. He not only corrected the problem, but went over and beyond to make sure that it would remain secure.He made sure that I was was satisfied, and took the time to explain everything to me. I was happy to receive such outstanding service. This was really a good experience for me, and I am writing this review with pleasure. I wish it was possible to give him more than five stars.

Excellent job with seasonal boiler maintenance by Mike & Dave. The company also installed my air conditioning system earlier this year. Great reviews are well deserved.

Ultimate Aire installed our HVAC systems in 2015. We have had bi-annual maintenance contracts on both units since then. The office staff is very efficient at scheduling and Dennis, the HVAC technician, is really a pleasure to work with. He is reliable, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Ultimate Aire has been a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them enough. Recently they performed a scheduled yearly maintenance on our family's central A/C. Dave did a great job (as always) with his inspection and cleaning of the system. He was on-time, thorough, and easy to work with-- exactly the experience we've come to expect from Ultimate Aire after working with them over the years!

Amazing company to work with! Besides the workmanship being top-notch, the people are wonderful to work with.. When the inspectors came to inspect the finished job, they both said the job was done great, they know the company and theyve never had an issue with them. I highly highly recommend using them. Ultimate Aire Systems just installed a Ductless Mini Split Unit in our home and they did a Great job. From start to finish they were very professional and you can tell the installers really cared about their quality of work .The sales person and office worked hard to find rebates that we qualified for which helped save us a substantial amount of dollars. Would highly recommend them.

I would give Ultimate Systems a nickname Holy AC business. They put interests of the client ahead of making quick buck and overcharging while recognizing that customer is in the jam. Top level professionals with unparalleled integrity and commitment to deliver the highest value and satisfaction to the customer. We were blessed with choosing Ultimate Air in 1996, for our first project. That Carrier unit is still working fine. Now we are working with them on options to replace the second unit.

If there were a sixth star, I would highlight it! I have been a customer of Ultimate Aire for almost 18 years and I am still in awe of their customer service and knowledge. We had Ultimate Aire install all the duct work and new central air systems in our house. They were extremely professional, friendly and did a great job. The job was supposed to take 4 days but they finished in 3 and everything works great. I would highly recommend them.
