Mor Air

Mor Air did an outstanding job for me in getting my relatively new AC unit running again. After a power outage in my area, my 3-month old AC condenser stopped working. Manufacturer technical support solutions also did not work. More Air was able to diagnose the issue and find a subtle but critical setting that disabled communications between the Condenser and the furnace and reset it properly. This took a few visits and they followed up on my work until it was completed successfully just before the last heat wave.

I was referred to Mor Air by one of my colleagues who had a good experience with them. We hired Mor Air to assess the HVAC system on a house were looking to purchase. Mario and his team were very professional and thorough and provided us with detailed reports on the issues, the process of making repairs, and the cost. Price of the initial assessment was also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Gabriel and Jorge just completed my annual heater service and, as always, did a great job; they are efficient and quick. MOR AIR always gives me reminder calls (spring time for the AC and fall for the heater) to set up service appointments and they are available on Saturdays. This year I got $100 off because Im a SoCal Gas company customeryay!

Mario and his team left nothing to chance. They installed a mini split ac/heat pump system in one of my apartments ( I own the building). We used my long time electrical contractor (he's really old) to run the power line the blower on the outside of the building. My Electrician called me afterward to tell me that Mario and his team are the best crew he's worked with in a long time. Mor Air does great work.

The technician who performed the service on 2 AC units is knowledgeable, courteous and nice. I have used the services of Mor Air over the past 3 years and they are great and reasonably priced. I recommend Mor Air.

Just wanted to send a Thank You... My A/C is working great again! You guys and your company overall were pro, responsive, informative and provided an affordable solution to a long-standing issue that i was being told by others needed a whole new unit. While that may be the case in the future, you got this old unit working well now, until i can replace it. With that, I will definitely keep you in mind when i get to that point.

I called Mor Air, Inc to fix the mini split in my ADU that was leaking. I had another company come out and tell me it needed to be replaced but it is only 2 years old! The tech Jorge came out and found an obvious leak in the refrigerant lines and the office then scheduled their install team to come fix it two days later. 3 weeks later and my tenants are enjoying cool air from my mini split. I will definitely be using Mor Air for any future concerns with my HVAC system. Our furnace had a leak and it is an older model lets say about 25 years old probably older. The customer service was great from the start. Jerry who was my first point of contact was very professional and helpful arranging my same day appointment and keeping me informed when my Technician would be arriving. Jorge was my technician and he was the BEST. Even though my furnace is quite old he saw the problem, explained how he was going to proceed and knew exactly what to do. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful. He gave great tips moving forward on maintaining the furnace so that hopefully it will have a few years more left in it. I can truly say I feel the difference in the a/c now that its repaired. Mor Air, Jerry and especially Jorge thank you so much!!

Mario, Fabio, and Juan did an absolutely excellent job installing my mini split and condenser for my garage studio. They offer free appointments, easy scheduling, and are very accommodating to make sure the job is done right. For preliminary appointments and installation, they were early both times. Very reasonable prices, and very friendly guys, too. Will definitely continue using them for all of my air needs! 10/5 stars.

We got several quotes for a splitter air conditioner heater unit from different Aircon companies. We ended up using Mor Air. Because their quote was reasonable, however what pushed us over to Mor Air was their staff and the whole experience from quoting all the way through to actual install. They were professional, friendly positive knowledgeable and came highly recommended also which is why we decided to go with them. We highly recommend Mor Air for all your air conditioning or heater needs. They are fast and efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. It was just a positive experience for us.

Gabriel arrived when expected and got right to work. He brought everything he needed to complete the maintenance we requested (A/C unit check and thermostat replacement) and he was able to give us a report on the status of our A/C unit without trying to sell us on unnecessary repairs. He explained that we had one part that wasn't performing as efficiently as it could without trying to scare us into replacing it. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and we felt good about the whole process. We'll be calling Mor Air in the future.

Mor Air came out first thing with all supplies needed, so there was no waiting for parts. Diagnosed the problem and looked at the general efficiency of our unit. Right from the start, Mr. Mario communicates and announces his arrival time. He came into my house professionally and prepared. He had his own ladder and shoe covers!!! That is a high-level impression status. His wisdom and years of technical skills assessed my concern and diagnosed my issues with a quick remedy. He also recommended some maintenance steps and minor upgrades to improve my HVAC functionality.

I called Mor Air to check my AC unit which stopped blowing cold air recently. Mario arrived right on time and is very knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. He recommended replacing our 30 year old condenser for a variety of logical reasons. His quote on a replacement seems reasonable, and I need to receive a few quotes and decide who to use. Based on his reviews and his overall manner, he's definitely a good option.
