I've been doing work with Icy Hot for several years now. I just had my fall maintenance done by Tim, who was a newer tech with the group. He was simply fantastic. When he found a problem he didn't just quickly point it and give a price. Instead, he took the time to show me the issue, and only recommend a fix. When I decided to go with the fix, he put on a master class on the unit, and really took pride in showing his client the difference in the system.
I so enjoyed Tim and I have always stood behind the quality and service of Icy Hot.

What can I say! Good customer service is difficult to find now a days. They were very respectful and very knowledgeable.
These 2 persons were detailed and treated my 2 systems as if they were working on their own devices.
A new part needed to be replaced and re-installed due to poor quality of work when installed in 2018 on one system.
The price was reasonable for what needed to be done.
Thank you Icy Hot.. my HVAC units have found a new guardian.

I use them for my laundromat. I cant say enough good things about them. I deal with Frank and he is the best. Its very important that my customers are comfortable while they do their clothes. Awesome service. The Icy hot team came out to my house and installed a new system quickly and efficiently. Very clean and neat with the electrical wiring and piping system from the heat pump to the handle. Frankie is such a stand-up guy. Called on a Monday to have him come out and quote us for a new heat-pump system, showed up Tuesday morning on-time (actually a couple minutes early). Took his time analyzing what we needed, did not oversell us on extra's, recommended long-lasting & easy to repair equipment (validated with consumer reports and other sources), had a quote to us the next day, and could schedule within the week. Very honest guy...no pressure sales. Highly recommended.

Icy Hot is a great company. I really appreciate Frankie and his team working on our heating and cooling units at our house. Craig just finished up the semi-annual preventative maintenance here at our house. In addition to great service, Icy Hot technicians are always prompt and arrive when they are scheduled to. Plus Icy Hot will send a reminder that they are planning on performing maintenance a number of weeks in advance allowing for proper scheduling which I think is a measure of a great business. Communication is key and I value that working with Icy Hot. Knowing that our heating and cooling systems are in working order and ready for either the Summer months or Winter months of North Carolina is very reassuring. Thank you all for the great service.

I cannot say enough about Frankie and the manner in which he corrected my heating problem! I was certain that I probably needed to replace my whole unit and after Frankie came over, he diagnosed the problem quickly and had me up and running in no time at all. Icy Hot (Frankie) very well could have taken me for a great amount of money, but his honest nature and trustworthy business practice showed otherwise!
