Oh my goodness! Lorenzo pulled in the drive right on time and preformed the advanced diagnostics on our system. It turns out we didn't need huge repairs. Coastal could have charged us for repairs we thought were coming, but they didn't. Completely transparent and honest. Seth was our technician. He arrived during the time window given and he did an excellent job. He has an assistant with him and the completed the job we had agreed on. Mike B came out for the initial maintenance of our HVAC system: He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. After the inspection, he recommended installing an outdoor surge protector, a blue UV coil light and a Reme Halo system to reduce contaminants in the air. Pricing out the parts, the end cost with labor is fair and will result in a benefit to our health

I was worried I was getting to the time of year where it will take forever to get someone out here. From the time I approved the estimate to the time the work was completed was less than two weeks, and it would have been less than a week but I had to ask them to come later. Everyone was great to work with. I was told I may have some drywall to repair, but they even made sure any holes were covered. Excellent work, I will definitely use Coastal Carolina Comfort again!
