Stone is an excellent plumber and replaced the water heater in the condo. He was at all times very professional, answering our questions and sticking with the job until it was complete. He carefully checked the results of his work and did an excellent job cleaning up after completion of the work and within the time he projected it would require. I rent at this condo, but I will remember Rocket Plumbing's excellent work should I ever need to get work done at a place of my own.

Stone was very responsive to my inquiry about helping with a shower that was lacking hot water pressure. He was here when he said he was going to be here and worked diligently into the pitch black night (he had lights). He worked all day Saturday and came back Sunday afternoon to do some finishing touches and clean up in order to accommodate our needs to have work done before we closed on the sale of our house.

Outstanding service, all the way around!! Needed to have a new water heater installed and was able to contact and schedule an appointment promptly. They also took care of a toilet replacement on the same day. They didn't know about the toilet and still took care of it at the same time with out hesitation. Could not recommend more and will look to use them again in the future!!

We had such a great experience with Rocket Plumbing! Our gas water heater went out and everyone was quoting us 2500 to 3k to replace it and wouldn't be able to do it for 3 or 4 days. We have 5 children and it was just not an option to go without hot water. Stone was able to come out same day and give us an estimate. He quoted us $1500 to replace it and said he would even come out the next day which was Saturday and replace it and wouldn't charge us extra for it being the weekend! He was very nice professional quick and even swept up after he was done! His price quote and estimation of the amount of time it would take to replace were dead on also.

We had a leak in our water main somewhere between our house and the meter. Due to obvious and extenuating circumstances with our property, our best option was to just have a new main line run. After 3 estimates, there was no doubt Stone Melber and Rocket Plumbing gave us the best deal. While other companies claimed they would need a "crew of about 4-6 men on it", Stone did the work by himself...in one day. I may not know much about plumbing, but I know a little bit about money, and Stone and Rocket Plumbing saved me plenty of it. I'd highly recommend calling them for any plumbing needs. There a good chance they could save you some too!

Stone was wonderful. I had originally called for a grinder pump quote after a bad sewer backup and he told me that probably wouldn't solve my problem and that a new sewer line under the slab would - and then explained why so that's what we did. He was very professional, punctual, honest and his pricing was very fair. He responds to texts and calls quickly and made me feel like my project was a priority to him. I will not hesitate to hire him again in the future!

Stone was more than helpful at my home, he installed a new kitchen faucet and even found and repaired and unknown leak in our crawlspace. Replaced and outdoor spigot and drained our hot water heater. He worked with my schedule and was just a really great guy on all accounts! Will definitely be reaching out to him for any plumbing issues in the future.
