I was thoroughly impressed with my first experience with Universal HVAC Group. On a Sunday morning, our air conditioner unexpectedly broke down. The temperature that day soared above 90 degrees with intense humidity, and we were in the midst of preparing to host a birthday party for my 1-year-old son. With a large number of guests expected within the next couple of hours, the timing couldn't have been worse.

I reached out to several heating and cooling companies throughout the city, but none were available on a Sunday, and the earliest appointments were not until the following week. I knew it was a long shot to find someone who could come out on such short notice, especially on a Sunday morning.

Very happy with these guys. I had used Universal HVAC for our 2 businesses before. Professional guys. They fix what's needed, and no extras. We recently had a home HVAC issue. We had forgotten to change the filter. Intake was blocked, so the condenser pipes all froze. These guys were there same day. Fixed it quickly for a reasonable price.

He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done correctly. Since the work was completed, we've noticed a significant improvement in the airflow throughout the restaurant, making the environment much more comfortable for our guests and staff.
