Highly recommend Umbrella. From the initial visit thru the install the guys were professional, quick and efficient. I got multiple areas done. Whole job took half a day. The crew cleaned up nicely. I was provided drone footage and photos before, during and after to job was completed. Fat roof maintenance and 2 front slate roof replacements. Customer Service is top tier. Shout out to Melvin who was the job Foreman. He gave me a lot of information on the process, staying in contact thru out the installation. Made himself available for questions thru out.

They recently did our siding for the house and we enjoyed working with them very much! Communication and work ethics were 5/5. Umbrella Roofing recently replaced my parents’ roof, and they were fantastic from start to finish. During the consultation, they explained the process in detail, walked me through the materials, and even showed proof of their license and insurance. I also got the sense they really value their workers, which says a lot about a company. On installation day, the crew showed up early, got right to work, and finished everything by around 3 p.m. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned up completely, and took all their trash with them. Communication was great the entire time, and they even sent before-and-after photos so I could see the transformation. Ed (the owner) stopped by toward the end of the job to make sure we were happy with everything. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient 💯 I would definitely would recommend.

We contacted Umbrella Roofing after enduring over four months of chaos caused by a leaking roof deck directly above our kitchen. Our ordeal began in March 2025, when we hired a different roofing contractor—not affiliated with Umbrella Roofing—whom we thought could quickly address the issue. Unfortunately, that decision turned into a nightmare. The workmanship from the previous company was extremely poor and ultimately made the leak worse. Despite returning four times, they only performed temporary patch jobs, and we were forced to request a full refund.

During that time, our kitchen was left exposed and unusable—cabinets were removed, and the ceiling and walls had to be opened up for drying. We lived in constant fear that each rainstorm would cause more damage.

That’s when we found Umbrella Roofing.
I was incredibly hesitant at first, still shaken by our last experience. But from the very first phone call with Jessica, I felt a difference. Mike came out to assess the property and provide an estimate, and then Melvin, our project manager, led the project with care and diligence. Rocky ensured every detail of the work was executed to perfection. Communication was stellar at every stage.

They were incredibly thorough—conducting multiple water tests to ensure the problem was fully resolved, not just temporarily patched. They also educated us along the way, showing photos and videos so we could truly understand the scope and solution.

This was not an easy job. The Umbrella Roofing team uncovered several points of water entry beyond just the roof, but they remained persistent, detail-oriented, and never rushed the process.

Their work included:
Full deck disassembly and rebuild
Installation of a brand-new EPDM roof
Deck reassembly
Siding replacement
Storm door installation
Window caulking
...and likely more, all to ensure our home was finally protected.

I am forever grateful to Umbrella Roofing for restoring our home and peace of mind. I highly recommend this team and will continue to use their services in the future.

I was shopping around to get one of my properties roof redone. It was in a state of mess for over 30 years. Everyone that i had spoken to had different ideas and approaches and prices that made no sense to me. Once I talked to Ed from Umbrella he made it clear what had to be done and what we can do and avoid to save on costs but not compromise on the integrity of the roof. His price was great and the warranty is phenomenal as well. I recommend this company for not only their workmanship but the knowledge as well as the respect they give you as a customer. Umbrella Roof did the roofing and siding on our new house and we are very pleased. We were impressed from the beginning with their office staff who were super friendly and accommodating and had the sales rep Ed meet us on the weekend when we’re off work. He went over everything and I learned more about roofing than I ever really thought I could possibly know but I am so glad I did! The install was also clear and I had a supervisor (Melvin) going over details with me the entire time and showing me photos and went over everything and made sure it was all cleaned up. Really impressed and I would highly recommend them!

I originally hired Umbrella Roofing about two and a half years ago for a leak I was having, the leak continued on and off throughout the two years and they always came back and continued to try to get it fixed. This most recent time it leaked we pivoted to a more extensive repair and alteration of my roof and I am so glad that they recommended it. They really are great guys to work with!

- After strong winds a couple weeks ago flashing had blown off of our roof. We left a voicemail on a Saturday and received a call first thing Monday morning. They were able to get a crew out that day to fix it quickly before the next rain storm rolled in on Tuesday. Very pleased with the quality of work and customer service that they provide. Umbrella Roofing did a great job on my roof! I called them on the Thursday before Thanksgiving, they came out the next day, and the roof was finished on Monday. I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving without worry. The staff was friendly and communication great. The price was affordable.

Ubmbrella roofing did a great job from start to finish. Rocky was out there the day I called to take a look at my roof and we were able to schedule within a week. Price was very fair and transparent with the quote outlining everything that would be taken care of. There was an issue with one of my HVAC units and Umbrella was able to get someone out very quick to fix so they could continue their work, also at a very reasonable price. Melvin did an awesome job making sure everything went smooth and done the way I was expecting. I met with two 5 star rated Google background-checked companys. I chose Umbrella because the salesperson / manager spent a good half hour discussing the problems I was having on my roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable which is important to me when I am hiring someone They promptly sent me a detailed contract. The work and workers were top notch professionals and it was a perfect job of residing the rear second floor of my house. I'm extremely satisfied with the work and the ease of communicating with the main office. I definitely would use them again for any roofing or siding needs
