I had a great experience with Lian the AC technician! They were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit and explained everything in simple terms before getting to work. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC has been running perfectly ever since.

Had an issue with a brand new A/C system not cooling properly and the outside condenser was making a loud noise. Marcos from Kyzar A/C showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave a thorough inspection, fixed the issue, and now we finally have cool, comfortable air! He also identified that the motor and fan need replacing. Great serviceMarcos really knows his stuff!

Kyzar came out for a routine maintenance call, but it turned out to be more than that. Bill kept me informed throughout what was going on while diagnosing the issue. He eventually diagnosed the issue and said the office would call me later when the part would be in to schedule a day for installation. Bill was very courteous and professional. Ive used Kyzar for many years now, and theyre great to work with.
