This was the first time we have had a new Ac unit installed. Kyzar was really amazing. Azani was super knowledgeable and made the install very simple for us. We even had a few unexpected items during the install due to the previous tenants of our home and Azani absolutely took the challenge in stride. We are only 1 night in, but the variable unit we purchased is so quiet and while certainly a higher cost, it was worth every penny. So far, we couldn't happier with our purchase.

My only constructive comment to Kyzar is that I had signed up for an annual contract but the main office never contacted me for an annual service reminder, I had to contact Kyzarand the first time I called, I did not get a call back.
But otherwise the service technicians are always excellent and friendly.
