The technician showed up in keeping worth the estimated time, was very polite/ engaging, and fixed the issue in a timely manner.

JC was on time, courteous and very professional. Answered all of my questions clearly. Worked extremely diligently to provide me top notch service. Even overlooked my failed attempts to make the repair myself. Highly, highly recommend Franklin Plumbing

Alexander really seems to enjoy his work. He's professional, knowledgable, and thinks through the problem at hand, checking all possibilities, before deciding on a course of action. An impressive young man.

My first review (below) was in late 2023. Google reviews doesnt allow additional reviews but suggests editing the original review. Heres my more recent review:
February 2025: The other evening after dealing with water on the kitchen floor from what I thought was a leak behind the dishwasher, I sent an email to Franklin Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. I added that the garbage disposal kept stalling and that I had a question about a sink in the master bathroom and asked if they could look at those, also.What a surprise to get an email in response that evening instead of the next morning! Sonia called me the next morning and scheduled Jantonio (aka Tony) to arrive between 11am and 1pm and kept me informed about his arrival with texts. He arrived just before 11 and checked things out. Dishwasher wasnt the problem. It was the disposal, which leaked when the dishwasher discharged water through it. Tony replaced the disposal and left the area spotless. He and the others from Franklin Plumbing were great to work with and worth every penny!

2023: Water backed up into the master bathroom and sewage into the tub. Franklin Plumbing sent Jantonio who arrived only a few hours after my call. He went about identifying the problem and then fixed it. He certainly knows what he's doing! The service was worth every penny!

I dropped my expensive ring down the drain. I called Franklin and they got here in less than an hour AND gave me a great price! We have used them for years and have always been happy with their service.

Excellent service. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue. Not once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. I actually felt he was trying to make the best of our experience. Excellent job.

Jantonio did an great job fixing a broken drain under the house. The job required cutting into the foundation slab and he was extra cautious in minimizing that jackhamming to make the cosmetic fix as easy as possible afterwards. Would recommend

Another great job by Franklin Plumbing and Antonio! We had a plumbing problem in our basement and we were having a family gathering starting that evening for a whole weekend. Antonio came out quickly because of the predicament we were in. The problem was pretty complex and required a lot of work and new parts which had to be ordered but, Antonio and Franklin Plumbing came up with a quick fix to help us get through our event and then came back out to fully fix the problem after the holiday. Very thoughtful, professional, helpful, and they helped us manage the costs of a big repair by providing options.

Jantonio, did a fabulous job plus he was easy to talk to, he assessed the job and let me know what the total cost would be before performing the job. Definitely will use Franklin plumbing again for all my future needs.

Had a mixup in communication somewhere when initially booking and expressed our frustration, and the owner personally called to make things right. Thats what anyone would love to see with a company and glad these folks called to sort everything out.

We have recently used Franklin Plumbing for several major repairs. We had two different people do the work: Eli Ramirez and Alexander Reyes. Both of these guys were well trained, knew what they were doing, very polite and kind. The company is quick to respond and get your work done. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated what they have done and would most definitely recommend Franklin for any plumbing needs you may have.

Office staff and tech were very friendly and professional. Jantonio gave a clear and detailed description of the work that would need to be completed and the quote was sent promptly.

We called Franklin Plumbing based on ratings and reviews and couldnt have been happier with their promptness and professionalism. Our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Our technician, Eli, came out, assessed the whole house, and replaced the unit on the same day. We had a second unit that needed to be replaced and he took care of that as well. Eli was very knowledgeable, thorough, polite, and extremely hard-working. Hes an exceptional young man. We highly recommend Franklin Plumbing.

I have nothing but good things to say. Needed my garbage disposal replaced. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day. Elias was here when they said he would be. He was efficient and an absolute delight. Definitely will use them again.

Elias is a great plumber. I had a problem underneath my kitchen sink and he found the problem quickly. The faucet bracket was corroded and I needed a new faucet. Finding something to fit the holes in my countertop was difficult and the old faucet was no longer manufactured. I found a suitable replacement on line at Lowes and was given the opportunity to go purchase it and Eli came back to install it. He had Jared with him and I could hear Eli explaining things to him - he is a caring mentor. Shortly after he left I was showing the new faucet to my husband. It is a swivel for two sinks and saw the seating needed to be adjusted. I called and spoke with Sonya and Eli and Jared were back in just a few minutes to adjust.
Price was reasonable and communication with the company on technicians arrival was super .

Franklin Plumbing! is the Place to call for your plumbing needs. Very polite and personal, on time, explains the problem and the plan to fix it... and Jantonio answered all my questions. He does great work and represents Franklin Plumbing in a mighty fine way. Will definitely recommend Franklin and will call them again when needed.

Jantonio saves the day!! Our main waterline was damaged during another companys repair process, and had to be cut and rerouted due the age and condition of the pipe.

Jantonio quickly assessed the best way to repair the damage with the least amount of work and cost involved. His work was quick and flawless and we are beyond grateful for him and the entire team at Franklin Plumbing!
