From the day we contacted 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, they were very responsive. They knew exactly what to do to rectify the water damage in our home. Jason visited our home and assessed the situation accurately, informing us of the process, how long to expect it to take start to finish, and keeping in contact almost daily. They worked closely with our insurance provider, and we never had to challenge any decisions. In addition, their site workers were friendly, respectful and always cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess behind. We would never hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of quality water damage mitigation.

A pipe burst in my finished basement and 1-800 WATER Damage came to my home right away. They were meticulous in cleaning up the water and removing wet dry wall and carpeting. David was wonderful. They were so trustworthy that I put a lockbox outside and they could come and go as they pleased while I was at work. Communication was excellent. They did a superb job replacing my carpeting and walls. They were incredibly patient with the insurance company, detailed all they did, sent many photos, and communicated regularly to avoid problems. Hopefully, this will never happen again, but if it did, they would be my first phone call.

They were fantastic partners to work with and we heard only positive feedback from our joint tenants. We had a flood in our master bathroom 3 days after we had a new LVP installed. The water ran downstairs through the floor to the basement. Jason was here within an hour of our phone call. He assessed the damage and had a team here within 2 hours. Much of the floor had to be removed. The moved furniture, boxes, covered our furniture with plastic. They cleaned up all the dust with their own equipment, brought in fans, heaters, and professional dehumidifiers. David and his helper visited every day until it was dry. He called to make sure the time was convenient and called again when he was 25 minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They did exactly what they said they would do on the timeline they said they would. SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, and EXPERISE! They exceeded our expectations!

Jason, the owner, described in detail what needed to be done and was very helpful in guiding us how to proceed with the insurance. He assigned Junior and Louisa to do the work, which included thorough cleaning and monitoring of the affected area. Both Junior and Louisa were very professional, always on time, and effective. On top if this, they were extremely nice, polite and very pleasant to interact with. Water damage is never a pleasant event to deal with. However, we were lucky enough to encounter such people.

We have had two opportunities to use this company for water damage in our home. On one occasion, a window was left open while we were gone and a significant amount of water came in through the window during a storm. On another occasion, a leak in our water heater lead to water underneath our vinyl flooring in the basement. On both occasions, Mr. Byrd and his team quickly identified that there was water below the flooring and up into the drywall. They immediately provided all of the equipment to dry out the floor in the drywall! They returned a couple times to check the moisture Levels and did not remove the equipment until it was completely dry. We are grateful for this service as we did not have to replace any flooring or drywall nor risk mold damage from not drying it out! Mr. Byrd and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, time efficient and qualified! We are satisfied customers and would highly recommend this company

During the Polar Vortex of 2019 we had a sprinkler pipe burst and flood one of our offices with 300ish gallons of water. Due to the busy time of year, a lot of the disaster mitigation companies were couldn't fit us in for about a week. Jason and his team were able to get out in about an hour to start the cleanup.

They handled everything, from the initial dry-out, getting contractors set up to perform repairs, to working with our insurance directly so we didn't have a ton of paperwork to mess with. The building owner wanted it to look like nothing ever happened in a two week time frame, and these guys pulled it off. I will definitely call them up again if the need arises.

This was a wonderful company to work with for my restoration needs. They worked with my insurance company and me to make sure all areas of our project were covered. I never felt any pressure to move the project faster than I could handle. The communication along the way exceeded all of my expectations. Amazing company! Jason is open, direct, and honest in the way he runs his business. This is something that is lost on a lot of companies today. When I had him at my house to assess water damage he took his time, explained in detail what he recommended I do to address the issues, and even directed me to another business for items he felt they could resolve better. I couldn't have asked for better service.
