They did a very good job of cleaning a wing chair, another chair cushion and a small rug. Although the chair is now far from looking "like new," it is an old chair and it is now much cleaner to sit in. The cushion and rug are much cleaner and brighter. There was a slight scare when the equipment left some spotting on our new carpet, but the technician did a great, quick job of removing the spots. I highly recommend them.

My technician Eric, showed up on time and got right to work. He was polite, professional and an exceptional job on my carpets. I had some pretty horrific diarrhea stains on 2 carpets because of a very sick little puppy. He made a very stressful situation much better. Very good scheduling and phone customer service. Good communication day of service. Tech commented that he had rarely used the particular equipment he was using, the on-truck system was broken. Upsell to the pet stain package was unexpected. Nice enough guy. He said 48 hours until dry, office said 12. I guess well see

I called to ChemDry around the first of February (I think) and spoke with a sweet professional named Carrie. She explained the procedure and I ask questions and I decided to go with her company. Eric and Brandon picked the rug up on Tuesday, February 6th and Brandon returned it on Friday, February 9th. The rug had an animal smell and was wet from being left outside overnight. I dried it in the sun for two days to get it dry and decided to have it cleaned. I am so glad I went with Chem Dry! Carrie, Eric and Brandon were so professional, kind, considerate and a joy to work with. They are an asset to ChemDry. The overall experience was pretty good. Very professional with scheduling. The technician was friendly and completed the job in timely fashion. Only complaint I had was I was told the carpets would be dry enough to replace furniture in 2-3 hours. 6 hours later with ceiling fans and the hvac unit running and the carpet is still damp and actually wet in some spots.

The crew was on time, super friendly and professional. Throughout the process they informed us of what they were doing and asked if we were satisfied with each area and did a walk through at the end. The care pets looked brand new when they finished and the house smelled great!

After some initial miscommunication, the owners and workers at this place bent over backwards to come out and correct some issues, to offer some services that would greatly help the appearance of our carpet, and took the time to do a quality job. The lower level of the house my son purchased had an area where family pets were once allowed. Chem Dry not only got rid of any stains that were down there, but one cannot detect the odor of an animal ever having been in the house. The carpet looks as good as a 25 year old Berber carpet can look. For the quality of their work and their professionalism, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and we will use and recommend them in the future.

I am beyond pleased with my experience. I had to cancel a company I had scheduled due to extreme unprofessional practices and was in a panic as I needed my carpets done today in time for company.
