Stephen and his team are professional and extraordinarily thorough. I moved into an apartment that had mold. Landlord knew. I found out after move-in. Testing came back showing the predominating species and spore counts. Landlord still wouldn't take care of it, so I had to move out. Stephen went out of his way to answer all of my questions and set up both mold remediation and content cleanup for me in the new apartment to ensure nothing was transferred from the old one. I moved into a smaller space, so this reduced the cost as well. I now have peace of mind knowing that I'm again living in a healthy, clean space. Thank you so much!

the overall experience with communication was good until after the work was complete. i do believe the mold is back because the root problem was not addressed. a chemical was just sprayed to temporarily remove the mold. we have moved on to hire a reliable company to handle our issue. seems to be they move fast with business to get the money in their pocket and then that's it.

I LOVE this company! So glad I went with them. I was hesitant to choose them because they didnt have many reviews here yet but all the other companies were going to take weeks to come out. So I had them come out for an inspection and even though they didnt find excessive mold in my house I still had them flush out the vents and I was just thrilled all around with their service, professionalism, flexibility, knowledge, and price. Great Job and thorough! They described everything they did. A separate company provided spore counts and levels after the job. I got 3 quotes, one price was way higher, and the second was the same as Mold Xperts, but no communication at all. Kyle was on time and not only inspected the area I was concerned of for water damage/mold in the basement. He went above and beyond and looked it at another area the attic for potential mold.
