Air Duct Cleaning
At Sani-Clean, we guarantee efficient air duct cleaning that restores your system to optimal performance. Over time, dust and debris build up in your ducts, originating from construction materials and daily usage. Our expert team ensures that all the accumulated contaminants are thoroughly removed, leaving your air quality significantly improved.
Furnace Cleaning
Maintaining a clean furnace is essential for optimal system performance. We recommend cleaning every one to two years, ensuring the highest efficiency for your heating system. Our specialized team uses a high-powered vacuum and air tools to thoroughly clean components such as the blower, burners, and heat exchanger. This service prevents cross-contamination between different parts of the system.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Regular dryer vent cleaning is essential for ensuring both safety and efficiency. It prevents potential house fires, as clogged vents are the leading cause in the United States. Furthermore, a clean vent allows your dryer to operate more efficiently, reducing drying times and energy consumption. Annual service is a proactive way to maintain a safer and more effective home environment.

The service that Sani-Clean has done is amazing, my family and I were having issues with the ducts and it was a good thing that we managed to get Sani-Clean to come when they did as they helped clear up the mess as well as helped us figure out when a dryer vent might cause a fire in the home which in this day and age is a common bit of knowledge that was left behind. Thanks once again for coming out to clean the vents for my family and I.

Eric took the time to explain the process and made sure all my questions were answered. As he worked through the steps, he, again explained what he was doing and what the result would be. As he worked in the basement he showed me the tools he was using and explained what they did. The result was an extremely clean duct system. I'm very happy with the job. Great job! For any service, I just want good and honest and they are both. I reached out and the owner got back to me and even recommended two other companies for me to get quotes. He didn't slam anyone, but gave me recommendations to competitors. That says a lot!
