Nathan with RooterMan was able to come to my house the same day for a pipe/sewer line backing up. He found the hidden clean out (I had no idea where it was), was super nice/calm/professional and explained everything to me as he found things. Walked me through the whats and hows and got it fixed with minimal intrusion. I would 100% recommend him and will be using him for future needs emergency and non-emergency. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, honestly!

Travis was excellent!!! We had an emergency leak through our ceiling on a Saturday and we were incredibly worried about the amount of damage and how much it would cost. Rooter Man sent Travis out to us asap and he was able to very quickly diagnose what the issue was and fix it for us on the spot! We are so pleased with the results and relieved at the quick resolution and reasonable cost. We cant thank Travis and Rooter Man enough!

Nathan came out and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink/disposal. He also did a quick fix with our toilet in which we barely had water in. He was a nice guy, on time, and professional. Within an hour of calling in, he was able to come out! We have family coming to visit from out of state in just a few days so time was of the essence. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We have a vacation rental and we need someone reliable and efficient. Travis has been taking care of our many issues with great professionalism and thought. Travis is Awesome! While the washer was spinning, the water backed up to my kitchen sink and my toilet bowls. I called Rooter Man and within 1/2 hour Travis came; he scoped the pipe and found bellies which cause backups; he managed to get it unclogged; then found a second outlet pipe and checked to be sure it was not clogged. Everything is 'back to normal'; thank you a ton, Travis--you are one in a million.

Rooter Man has been awesome in time of emergency. They are quick to answer the phones and get you on the schedule. Very polite and knowledgeable. We have had them to our house twice in past 6 weeks due to damages caused by another company. I had a plumbing emergency that occurred on July 30th. It was recommended that I call Rooter Man which I did. Arrived within 45 minutes and worked over 2 1/2 hours resolving my main line which was plugged. Doug was the service person. He looked at what was going on and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was very professional, went right to work, and found where the line was plugged and opened it. He was very neat and cleaned the bathroom area where he worked. He solved the problem and everything is working well. I would highly recommend both the company and Doug.
