Jack the owner is great! He shows dignity and in his work and his companies reputation. With over 20 years of experience. He was able to determine my plumbing issue and rebuild parts instead of a complete overhaul. We were in need of a plumber on the west side of the island so I sent out a few inquiries because I know many companies charge a lot to just come to this side or sometimes they don't service this side of the island at all. Hawaii drain cleaning squad was the first to respond and they serve the Waianae area. They set us up with an appt and their employee Lyle was sent out to help us and he was great from the start! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our main sewer clog issue and installed a clean out since we didn't have one. We will be needing a new water heater install soon and future projects done as well so we'll be calling them for help. Highly recommend 100/100

I had a galvanized drain pipe that severely corroded and started to leak. Jack was upfront with his estimate. Of course after that was repaired we discovered another issue connected to that run. He had to come back another day to get new parts to fix the other problem. Throughput the entire process, Jack and his assistant were personable yet highly professional, and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he was on time. Highly recommended.

Jack was a professional who took time to try to understand and guide me through a sudden leak in my water heater that I discovered after coming home from a work trip. What is most important is that Jack created a sense of trust by not only providing flare rate fees but by educating myself about a subject I honestly am not expert at.
