The contractors working my place were pleasant and willing to deal with some annoyances that came with working at our place. They were willing to deal with a section of drywall that was under a large office desk without having to tear down the desk and everything looks ready for painting.

In addition, one of them saved me money by pointing out that one of the stained areas we wanted replaced could be solved with some stain killer which we did not know about prior. They mentioned we could have the whole area replaced but a stain killer product will do just fine. I can confirm that it did do just fine as well.

As a note to others that need large amount of drywall replaced, it is a dusty job and results in a lot of dust. The area was fairly clean as they took measures to prevent this by laying down tarps and butcher paper.

There is nothing that the contractors could have done more to prevent that without me removing all the items from the space. I would recommend removing items if you need a full patch job done just to save yourself time on dusting.

It was a pleasant experience and if we need drywall done again, we will be calling.

The whole experience was great. The sales person that came to meet was courteous, professional, and very responsive. She called back after the job to make sure we were satisfied and didnt need a follow up. Also the installers were fast yet diligent. They made sure everything was to our liking. Jacob was my technician. Jacob went above and beyond in fixing a leak that was causing the problem. Once the repair was in place, Jacob did a fantastic job fixing the part of my dining room ceiling and wall that was damaged. Through the whole process, the entire staff exemplified the type of customer service/relations that seems to be declining these days - pleasant, helpful, informative, accurate. While I dont want to have any additions issues, I would definitely use The Patch Boys again. I also want to give a shout out to Zipporah - she was a total delight to talk with and get my repair scheduled.

Well...a misstep in in the attic ended with a hole in the ceiling. The general recommendation is to get 2-3 estimates, and I would recommend Patch Boys to be one of them. They answered my call promptly, asked I text them a photo of the problem, and I received a quote same night. They worked with me to schedule the work. Jacob did a great job.

Jacob took very good care of me. Got an estimate the same day and he came out the next day. He was extremely conscientious and was great to talk to as well. The ceiling looks good as new. The price was also better than the other estimates I got. Extremely glad I chose patch brothers and would absolutely recommend them.

They replaced a set of bifold closet doors and did a great job! They also installed a new hot water heater for much less than BGE quoted for the job. Would highly recommend.
