Herring Septic Service

I would like to thank Victor and Kayden for their professional service. I called Monday morning and Victor called me back around 1130 and said they were on their way. I asked Victor questions about the system and he answered them helping me be more knowledgeable about it. Victor was very impressive and professional. Kayden was an excellent assistant. Again thank you for your prompt and professional service.

The Guys were GREAT! Victor was very informative on my questions and concerns I had. He gave me tips to help me with my septic system. Nemo was very cool as well, as he was cleaning out the tank he explained how my drain field was working and assured me I shouldnt be concern as the inspection passed! I will for sure use these guys again and reference them to others for their great customer service and hard work! Thanks guys!

Victor and Willie were awesome. They went above and beyond and made this an easy experience. Our septic system backed up on us Sunday and Monday afternoon Victor and Nico were at our house to help! They were extremely friendly and professional. Victor did a thorough inspection of the tank, lines, and filter. He thoroughly checked multiple times if the system was draining properly. They solved the problem and were very pleasant!

I called them around 10 and they called me back within 30 minutes. I asked when they could get me on the books to have my septic tank serviced and they sent a truck to my house within 40 minutes! When I met the truck at my house Victor and Darryl not only were professional from start to finish but they were very informative and didn't get annoyed by my questions and I had a lot since I have never had septic before.

They were easy to talk with, honest, and upfront about everything no hidden costs or surprises at all. When the service was completed payment was easy and they were on their way. They have earned my business for everything septic related for life.

Had an emergency septic issue, our normal septic company was out of town. So I called Herring, within 2 hours they were on site. The septic issues were address and they were professional and worked hard to solve the problem. Grateful for companies that treat customers with respect and dont overcharge for the job. This is a trusted company. We will use them again when we have septic issues or need other septic tank installations.

Responded to my emergency weekend call, fixed the problem, inspected septic system, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and genuine! Couldn't be happier with the service!

It was an interesting experience dealing with these guys. I can't really attest to their professionalism because there was a lack of it. First, I go meet them at my home and they apparently got my address mixed up and dug up a neighbor around the block's yard to find their septic by mistake. They eventually make it to my house and work quickly. They ended up charging more than quoted amount due to breaking one of the concreted septic caps.

That might be understandable, but leaving the trash behind is very unprofessional. At the very least maybe throw your trash in my trash can rather than just leaving it about. I did speak to the owner about the issue who commented on the fact that it is standard procedure to leave the trash behind. Go figure. (I've edited rating to show 4 stars after my initial 2 star review. They called to try to remedy the issue.)
