All Pro Chem-Dry

Eric called in advance to let me know he was arriving at the appointment time. He went through the house and asked questions about what I wanted and explained how he was going to keep the furniture up off the carpet while it dried. He promptly started and proceeded to make our dirty carpet look close to new. I really appreciated his hard work and how great the carpet looks.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning from All Pro after moving into a new townhome where the previous owner had a messy cat. I worked with Joe, who was very friendly and communicative. Joe was incredibly thorough and diligent in getting my carpet back to excellent condition. We are in a 62+ Active Senior 4-story Building. They did an excellent job on our apartment. Only our two bedrooms are carpeted and they did our sofa plus they added a protectant to the sofa. We would very much recommend them.

Chem Dry came to my house to clean the carpet before my family arrived. We have an old dog with early onset dementia and she started becoming incontinent the week before they arrived so we desperately needed a cleaning. They did a very professional job and were sweet to our old girl, too. Much appreciated!

Our carpets are almost 20 years old. Andrew did an amazing job making them look almost new. We are so pleased and will request Andrew next time again.

We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

Eric did a great job, the carpet looks good. My only negative comment is that when I called for a cost estimate the cleaning was given, however, no mention of the $35 service fee.

Fantastic! All Pro did a great job today removing dog oil from my carpet and dirt off my couch cushions. Eric was hard working and treated my home like it was his own. Last year I used Stanley Steamer and this year I used All Pro. All Pro is my company now. They were so much better than Stanley and great prices too!

Josh and Joe and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job. I was so lucky to find them 12 or so years ago. They introduced me to the carpet company Coventry and I was so happy they did they were also a really good company to use for the new carpet I purchased. Patrick was the technician. He was right on time. He gave me several options on services. This carpet is fifteen years old and he worked for an hour and a half and it looks almost new. I was very impressed with the All-Pro Chem-Dry procedures. The carpet was clean and dry in just a couple of hours. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends! The PURT system for urine removal was amazing! Got rid of even the oldest cat urine spots in my house! Joe was very professional and efficient.

I booked to have my sofa cleaned. They came out and stated the procedure to clean the cushions when they discovered the interior lining was ripped. He was absolutely wonderful in guiding me that its best I get them fixed first before he finishes. He was already here for a bit and I felt bad as I had no clue. But he was so very kind to guide me on the issue if he continued and we agreed to reschedule once I got the lining fixed. Was absolutely professional and patient.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.

I love how quickly carpets dry with this system. I had severe pet urine and Joseph and his trainee removed all of the pet urine! I'm so grateful and can use my carpets for quite a while longer before we put hardwood floors upstairs and in basement!

I didn't think this carpet could be restored until your amazing chem-dry process proved itself to be successful again. The carpet tech did a great job explaining the process, pre treating the worst areas, and cleaning up so now the carpet is re-useable again. I would use this company in the future. fp

Amazing service! I called in a bit of an emergency at 8am, and there were three trucks deployed to my house by noon! My carpets and tile look so much better! They recommended appropriate services and were honest about services we didn't need and/or weren't worth the expense. I would call again without hesitation.

Great service, they were on time, worked quickly and thoroughly and did a great job. The carpets were dry in just a couple of hours, no heavy chemical smell and they look really good. They did an extra treatment on our basement stairs (our dog was sick and made a huge mess - I've never been able to totally get the smell out) and they are actually clean. We will definitely use them again.

My experience with All-Pro Chem-Dry could not have gone better. They were intensely focused on making sure my family had the best possible experience and really went the extra mile. We had them scheduled to come on our closing day to get the house ready and dry before the movers came in later that day. It was one of the most stressful days weve had in a series of already stressful days of moving and home buying, but they made it so much easier.

The owner Don Kado was personally involved and even had office staff coming to bring extra blowers to get everything dry in time. Don even drove me to my temporary residence to pick up a key I had forgotten. The technician was so hard working and had a smile on his face the entire time. After we were moved in, they even came back to touch up knowing that we would be trafficking a lot of dirt as we moved everything into the house.

We moved into a house that had 6 dogs and a cat. We are all allergic to animals in my home and we havent had any allergy problems after they did their magic. They also eliminated the overwhelming pet smell that was everywhere. I cant say enough! Thank you!

Ive been using Chem Dry for carpet cleaning for about 16 years, in various cities in which I've lived. Chem Dry, as a company/franchise, has always provided fabulous service. All Pro Chem Dry is no exception. Amazing service, excellent quality work with lots of attention to detail, and super polite and courteous technicians. I've served up some pretty nasty carpet disasters (ranging from red nail polish to a dog poop disaster) and they've always been able to make my carpets look brand new again. Highly recommend All Pro Chem dry.

Our dog had an upset stomach and made a mess all over our living room. Because we were on a time crunch, we called All Pro Chem-Dry and within 15 minutes we had someone on their way. It turned out to be one of the managers of the company who had made a special trip because of the short notice. Because of our tight budget during the holidays, we requested he only clean the areas where our dog had her issues.

To our surprise, he did our entire ground floor for no extra charge. The carpets look immaculate, like they are new despite being over 15 years old. Not to mention they only use natural and safe cleaning ingredients, so our kids and dogs can go all over them right after being cleaned. Incredible company, incredible service! 5 stars doesn't do them justice. If you need your carpets cleaned, these are your guys.
